Woeful. A fairly straight forward case, but completely ignored me, I was patient and waited, then they switched lawyers half way through, and was a hopeless result. No strategic advice or guidance on what to do, but always billed me on time. Billed me tens of thousands for a result I could have got for free (ie.the worst result imaginable). Shop around, Glezer is a tiny operation with unskilled lawyers (Ralph may be good, but the others are not).
