Glenvale Tennis Club

It's getting better without court hogs (entitled parents with supposed superstar kid tennis players).

The courts are overcrowded on weekends, Double booking on the same court, Not friendly for kids to play there.

I apologize for the harsh review. I grew up with this club (I attended nearby Mount View PS) and have had some of my fondest memories here. I remember running down the road after school to have my lessons with Dean. I remember all the friends i made during and after the lessons.
Recently, i decided to reconnect with Glenvale. To my dismay, the club has changed.
No longer is there a sense of community.
No longer is there close relationships between coaches and students.
The club has been flooded with people, hogging the same courts everyday for hours upon hours.
I advise new tennis players to choose another club.

Great club in a great quiet location! Able to play to late nights. Play only on Monday nights with Chinese social night.the Lights were not as eye friendly but not fussy.the side courts were covered with leaves sometimes but not fussy.the bugs were go everywhere but im not fussy.lot of strangers go to the park outside to smoke weed at nights but i am not fussy.all in all great little place.club house is smaller than usual but serve its purpose with TV and pingpong table.tempted to join.

Not so busy all the time - usually come here with members as a visitor - cheap, affordable and fun!
