Glenroy Private College

This school is so embarrassing. They disrespect and shame the girls and suck up to the boy students. Especially the female teachers idk how they don’t feel ashamed of themselves for how they act

When I enter this school I feel like I'm in heaven on earth as hearing the recitation of the Quran from all direction of different rooms, my mind filled with peace. I don't feel like I'm living in a Christian country.
My boy learn manners and become pious Alhamdulillah. I highly rated this school for motivating in higher education and better education. I wishes every success of this school.

**UPDATE:
I walked by the school on the evening of 14/6/23.
NOTHING has been done to rectify the severe pollution issue. The overwhelming and engulfing amount of discarded rubbish surrounding the school, on the nature strips and visible within the school grounds appears to be an ongoing issue that the educators refuse to address with their students.
I will be taking photos and forwarding an official complaint to the EPA and to Merri-bek council.

The most DIRTY school in the entirety of Melbourne.
Loads and loads of rubbish, strewn around the entirety of the school - drink bottles, discarded food, candy wrappers, plastics COVERING the surrounding nature strips and roads outside the school.
To make it worse, the children (with no one to correct their behaviour) have decided littering near their own place of education is not enough, they must also throw rubbish on all the poor residents houses nature strips and gardens surrounding the school.
We only have one Australia to live in - STOP POLLUTING our precious country and waterways!
Some education from the principal and teachers is desperately needed to ensure students use the BINS CLEARLY PROVIDED within the school grounds.
Such a disgraceful shame

Two of my kids go to Glenroy Private. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful, and
professional. You can feel that kids are loved and appreciated here. The level of education is
high. The administration staff and teachers are always available to listen to my concerns.
The children are getting quality education along with Quran and Islamic studies. I am very
satisfied with Glenroy Private.

Other than teaching the correct Islamic creed, the best thing about this school is the
excellent communication between teachers and parents. Glenroy Private has introduced
many platforms to ensure communication between the parents and students is safe and
secure.
Glenroy Private has all the resources required for students. The credit goes to teachers and
learning support staff who work very hard with students. In a very short span of time, my
children have exceeded all expectations. Glenroy Private doesn’t just feel like a school, it
feels like a wholehearted community

My girls have been going to this school since last year and they are both disciplined,
inquisitive and confident. Everyone here will go that extra mile to have everything perfect. My
kids are growing up in a nurturing, safe and loving environment.
They love going to school and I feel good knowing that they are in great hands and learning
to achieve great academic results. The teachers have proved to be very competent.

We came from overseas last year. My son studied under totally different curriculum and I was very concerned about Islamic ethics and English in which he was incompetent. My friend told me about Glenroy Private. His teacher has helped him a lot in understanding concepts which he had missed. May Allah give them reward for being so cooperative to each and every kid. It’s a quiet good school coming from the experience, It lays a strong diverse Islamic foundation in the lives of its all students and I don’t think I will ever forget my experiences there as a student.

Wonderful place for children to learn the fundamental core subjects as well as the Sunnah, the Arabic language, Islamic studies and practice Islamic etiquettes. Great job Glenroy Private.

Amazing pre-kindy teachers, my son went here for two years and had a lovely time there, learn many things and now he is way advanced for kindergarten. Alhamdulillah the teachers at Glenroy really did put a lot of effort into teaching him Arabic, the Qur’an and regular subjects. They perform class activities, academics are too good and staff understand the value of Education and they put emphasis on health and physical education as well.

My experience has been amazing from the administrative staff who are kind and respectful to the facilities, and communication. I appreciate their transparency and attention to kids individual needs.

This school was last relevant in 2010 when it was "Glenroy North". No fraudulent reviews needed

So basically someone i know holds a great detestation for this educational institution so imma leave one star how does that does sound eh?

I feel proud knowing that yet another school teaching the correct Islamic knowledge is available outside New South Wales. Strongly recommended for parents looking out for institutions that nurture both the academic and Islamic teachings of their children!

I enrolled my kids to this school and it's wonderful. The tuition is affordable with discount for second and third child. Kids are in a safe environment. The uniform is pretty and modest. Canteen on site.

Dedicated staff and good teachers. Kids are finishing with necessary knowledge.

The kids are toxic. This school is the reason why I strongly dislike PE. Kids bullied and shamed me for my height. They would put too much pressure on me when playing dodgeball, and if I failed they would all complain and yell at me. This girl called me useless in P. E and I started crying, she just lied to get out of it. My 5th grade teacher had favorites and never liked me. There's a lot more. Don't trust the reviews. There wasn't a "William" who attended the school, and Khaled Halabi is a staff member. The reviews are 50% paid/staff reviews and the rest is genuine students who have had an awful experience with the school

Definately the best school where my children are taught moderation in a beautiful Islamic setting well done keep up the good work

DONT believe any of the good reviews under this school the staff there write them themselves to make the school look good, this school cannot deal with their students properly whatsoever

The teachers can't teach whatsoever and always resort to yelling at their students. My kids came back crying because of bullying. I took them there for the religious classes and they haven't learnt a single Arabic or Quran surah despite being in this school for 3 years
