Glenroy Foot Clinic

I've been going to this clinic for about a month now and its great! Matt is sensational and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend Glenroy Foot Clinic to anyone experiencing issues with their feet.

Terrible customer service. Do not go there or else you will get treated with disrespect.
Old lady at the reception is rude and doesn't have customer service skills.
Patient are being reminded about their Monday appointments on Friday, and when you ask why don't I get a call on the day I get told that I am old enought and have it in my diary? Like seriously? She told me that they are really busy to send a text or call on the day.
At the end of the day there are plenty of foot clinics around and you are not a bulk billing clinic, customer service should be really important to keep clients coming.
I will not go there again and I do not recommend

Really good experience, I went with Matthew who was able to help me in the first session and I had check ups with him too to ensure my healing process was going well. I felt little to no pain and am very happy with the results and my issue has been solved. 10/10 would recommend anyone to come here.

My 6 year old son has seen both Michael and Matthew a couple of times now. Very caring and good advice for his foot care, and make him feel comfortable. Highly recommend Glenroy Foot Clinic and very helpful staff all round.

I've only just started to see Bronwyn at the clinic and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and care. I was previously seeing another podiatrist and they were fine but would 100% recommend the team the the glenroy foot clinic. Special shout out to Bronwyn for helping me with my foot issues! I arrived at Glenroy Foot Clinic with complaints of pain in my toes, knees and suffering shin splints.

Matthew was able to diagnose the issue. He designed me custom made orthotics and suggested some gentle exercises and stretching that would alleviate pain and strengthen muscles.

One month later, not only am I pain free, but I’m back running again!

Matthew and all the staff at Glenroy Foot Clinic were absolutely fantastic and I am so grateful to them for the care and professional expertise they provided.

I would 100% recommend visiting this wonderful team for any podiatry needs.

This clinic has a great team from the receptionists to the specialists. Treated by Molly and Matthew, the treatment totally cured the pain.

I need at least 24 hour notice to cancel my appointment or else there's a fee, but i've been calling all morning and no one has answered the damn phone. I've even left a message hours ago and have not received a call back. This mistake on their part will cost me.

Ive been coming here for years. Its great service thorough examination and foot analysis. I was glad i was able to get my orthotics adjusted by Matthew. They have good follow up too, communicate via email. Approachable staff very helpful and understanding.

My mother had awful toenails and bunions so i took her to Glenroy Foot Clinic.we saw Molly, she was amazing, so kind and took wonderful care of my mothers feet. Five stars:)

I'd been to other places that couldn't help me with my feet and was so happy to find the HBPG. I left happy and told all of my friends and family to go there, even if they think they don't need to. Plus cheaper than other places I've gone to aswell.

Heather and her team are experienced, enthusiastic and honest! They gave me all the information I needed and with their help I'm on my way to happy feet.

Excellent service. I had sore toenails, and when I went there I was booked in with one of the doctors. It was fixed easily, and she explained it, and I haven't had any problems since. Would recommend.

Excellent Service. Couldn't have found a better place to go, and since I had an ingrown toenail problem, I went there. Got surgery done, easy, simple and great results! I would definitely recommend a visit for your foot problems.: D
