48I visited this Imaging Centre on Friday 11 August, the reception staff were efficient and friendly. The Stenographer I had was caring and very professional. I would visit here again in a heart beat.
Excellent staff, on time appointment, fast turn around.

My newborn and I both had appointments and we were treated so well and with so much care by the staff, particularly Mary. Great experience, highly recommend.
Got an ultrasound for early pregnancy the male who performed the scan was so so rude and made a happy experience so uncomfortable. Got my results sent to my doctor and my due date was incorrect stating that I was further in on my pregnancy then I actually was. My doctor had to ring and chase this up, followed by another ultrasound elsewhere. Id be worried coming here for any pregnancy related scans they don’t know what they’re doing.
The staff at this location are fantastic go over and beyond to help their patients. Mary was fantastic!

Everyone who works here are wonderful. I've used their services a number of occasions and every single time both the receptionists and technicians (X rays and ultrasounds) are both professional, warm and kind. I highly recommend Lumus Imaging Glenroy.
The receptionists are friendly and Anne who did the CT scanning was really nice and made sure l felt comfortable throughout the procedure.

Management I hope you take the time to review what happened on 16th of February at 1: 30 durning my 20 week ultrasound.

Please don’t reply with your automated message I will no email or speak to anyone- but would just like this particular receptionist to be reviewed as no other pregnant or sick person should go through I went through with her it’s unkind and unfair.
Appealing being locked out in the cold waiting for someone to unlock the door who doesn’t let you come inside. Before asking all sorts of questions related to COV19. Totally unnecessary as there is a check point and when you check via app on your phone the questions should be part of this process. It’s Over kill and terrible service. Do not come here.
We have used Glenroy Diagnostic Imaging for many years now for xrays, ultrasounds, cortisone injections (which were almost painless-excellent job!) and have always been met with friendliness and professionalism by all who work there. We would not choose to go anywhere else.
Went in for a growth ultrasound and was greeted with friendly staff. The sonographer was really professional and made my experience really good. Would definitely book all my upcoming scans with Glenroy diagnostic imaging ️ thank you
Absolutely disappointed with the Ultrasound service I received.
I went in for an emergency pregnancy ultrasound and the practitioner completed the scan in less than 10 minutes with no explanation and care. He did not answer any of my questions and have zero empathy towards my situation. I asked whether my baby doing ok and whether I need to go to the hospital, he did not provide any answer and asked me to contact my doctor. My doctor is away the day of my scan. So what will happen if there is emergency?
I have attended multiple ultrasound scans in a different Imaging centre and have been treated professionally with respect, each session lasted at least 20 minutes with detailed explanation. This is by far the worst experience especially for a first time mum, not knowing the health status of my baby.
A little empathy and professionalism goes a long way.
Glenroy Diagnostic is a great place to go for your xrays, c t scans, and ultra sounds. The staff from the front desk to the other staff that do all the technical things make you feel calm. I had an xray on my arm as i fell over and i was made as comfortable as possible as i could be putting my arm this way and that way to show if it was broken, thankfully it was just a fracture. But the young lady that did the xrays was so gentle. 10out of 10
So shocked at the disgusting service and unprofessional from the sonographer at this place. A male asian sonographer was performing an ultrasound on my TWO MONTH OLD BABY and my poor bubba got cold from the gel so started moving and crying, he turned to me and said with great attitude‘ It would be much easier if she would just not move and cry so its quicker for me to finish’
Explain to me how I can make a 2 month old baby understand this. Mind you i was holding her down, signing to her but she got scared and cold and she is a BABY!

When I saw the 2 star rating of this place I was sure it was based on angry people having a go I was positive that it could not be that bad but I was wrong it is! I only managed to get as far as the receptionist who told me they don't do MRI even though while you are on hold they clearly state they do, not that I was looking for a MRI I misspoke I was just needing a chest xray, but was not even given the time to explain, myself before the phone was hung up now I have huge respect for those in the health care arena especially for everything they have done during covid19, but if you ever are in need of any medical attention xray or other I strongly recommend that you find another place even if it means you have to travel a bit further believe me it's better than dealing with these guys the ratings are True, I honestly think they should just close their doors and maybe the staff find occupations they are happy with like bear trapping or debt collection but nothing dealing with or that involves providing good service or any type of customer service to the general public
Shame on you staff. You guys are openly lying. If there is a gap fee then explain it first not after you have charged the money. People please go anywhere but not here. Biggest Rip offs and lairs.

When I called within working hours on Saturday, the automated machine responded that I had called out of hours. “Please call back within these working hours” - but I am calling within these hours that are indicated on the phone, fix your answerphone. People come to you because they have a problem. They don’t need additional this stress!
Lots of negative comments and they don’t even think they need to explain anything.
Reception staff are friendly. If someone could brush down or vac the black chairs as they have a lot of people’s hair and fibres from clothes on them.
Horrible, they make an error in booking and blame the patient well of course don't expect them to admit wrong but horrible I know remembered why I had stopped coming here to begin with. Not acceptable
