Nice place for a short stay, The lady at the desk is very professional in responding to all queries and also she made some adjustments for me to book a room on urgent basis. Easy to get coffee as bakery is right beside this place.

To be honest I don't personally like to write bad reviews about anyone and I have travelled all around Australia and some of the world. But my mum booked this motel because it was "Pet friendly" and I was travelling with my 10 year old shepherd who has travelled Australia with me and is my support dog, never once had an issue anywhere.until this "pet friendly " basic motel.we spoke to a guy who was very sweet weeks before staying and he knew we had a dog and also said we could check in a little earlier as we were driving 10 hours.on arrival we met with the lady and she was Rude from the start refusing to let us check in early when we were told me could and than saying she didn't know a dog was here but they were told on more occasions than 1.the second night after staying there after getting back from the snow with my dog the lady said the dog has to stay in the car and I was like excuse me and she said its you or the dog.over night it was -2 degrees and my dog is a elderly dog.it was 6pm at night and we had no where else to go. I had to take my dog to the vet as he was at high risk of Pneumonia due to low temps in a tin car.we were 10 hours from home. There hotel rooms are basic.not to mention On the same days we stayed they had dogs staying from Samoyed to all types in most rooms. Can't call yourself a "pet friendly motel and have a dog stay out in -2 degrees. I took photos of before and I stayed and after I stayed to prove we left the place exactly the way we had it! DO NOT RECOMMEND sadly

Great small country town Motel. Clean room. Small but clean bathroom. Excellent shower. Handy location between a hotel and a burger joint. Hotel served a great counter meal.

Our room was very nice, and warmly, quite spacious compared to my previous accomodation and the bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it to leave the next morning.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms are very clean and have plenty of room. They even have a good selection dvds at reception to take to your room to watch on the tv with a built in DVD player. Staff are very friendly. I spoke with Bev at reception, she was friendly and informative about the local area. Will be back again.

We stayed at the Kelly Country Motel in Glenrowan last night. The room was spotless and the owners just lovely. We would stay here again without hesitating.

It was fabulous to find nice friendly and welcoming people after a very long drive. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to friends if they are travelling this way

Room was clean, owners were lovely and helpful. Our little dog was welcomed. There is a hotel next door to the motel that serves great meals and is also a quiet place. On the other side is a takeaway shop. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed 3 nights and it was lovely. The room was beautiful and warm thanks to the split system air-conditioning, even though it got down below 0 degrees outside overnight. The bed was really comfortable and the shower nice and hot with excellent water pressure. The service given to us by the owners was lovely and my husband really loved the handmade biscuits that were complimentary in our room. We will definitely stay here again. Thankyou so much

I enjoyed the stay. It's a typical motel, but I found the bed comfy and the nights I stayed there, it was very quiet. Can hear the freeway noise slightly, but that was "white noise".
No sharp noises like dogs barking, or noisy visitors, so all good.

Friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room. There is slip road parking directly opposite for trucks up to 25M in length. Cars can be parked on site. Glenrowan is an interesting little town to explore.

We loved the way interacting with Jeniffer from the start. Excellent motel with all basic amenities and in a very good location closer to nearby towns. Jenniffer helped us giving local info on booking tables next door and info on early morning breakie. Loved their DVD collection. It's a shame we stayed there for a night. We will be back again on a different occasion.

Situated only an hour away from Bright, the motel is located in a small town of Glenrowan. The facility was quiet and peaceful with scenic views. The staff is very friendly. The motel has a nice collection of DVDs to enjoy. The Morrisons winery and the King Valley Ice cream shop are nice places to visit.

Small, clean, pleasant next to pub for a great meal & in the main street to access of all tourist attractions.
