My children's favourite HSP. Love the ambience at their new place though prefer their previous outdoor setting anytime.

I ordered an HSP. When I was having it I noticed there was rice instead of the fries. What a joke

1 star is also more to give to this restaurant. They don't wear mask also they don't have the knowledge to treat the people. Even food was worst. I also lodge complaints to ubereats to remove this restaurant from there system. Pls learn to respect first.

Disgusting

The boys are usually good and polite to the customers. I've been a regular customer from 2018, since the time they were at the servo till date inside the century city walk.

We had a horrible experience with the lady at the front of the house as she was arrogant and wasn't meant for customer service at all. She lacks a lot of professional customer service and ethics. I wouldn't come back again.

Great place, most of the time. However, sometimes the food is really not great - in fact one time we had it it had so much salt in it was inedible. Though that's only happened once out of maybe 15 times going, so I'd say it loses one star for that. I still love this place.

Yet something I do want to take points away from it is the culture that this place has towards it's customers & reviewers. You can see in many of the reviews the owners giving direct slander towards those who have legitimate complaints, then attempting to publically embarass them and humiliate them for speaking up. It's quite distasteful and gives a sense that they believe themselves above the general public.

Furthermore they are often seen not wearing masks, encouraging cash, etc, during covid's lockdowns. Really sus behaviour. So there, that takes an otherwise 5 star review down to 2 stars.

In summary:
- The food can be really bad, sometimes. And the food quality deteriorates when the boss is not around. But the food, when good, is great.
- Lack of covid safe protocols
- Rude & unprofessional behaviour to customers/reviewers.

I'm writing all this out clearly and lengthily so that the owners cannot retort this review without delving into proper consideration. Really a shame that I have to do that just to be heard.edit: and down to one star cause of that response. Like I said, I'm still going to come here, but I am hoping this gets through the PR's thick skull.

This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. We ordered two hsp's just one hour back. Both of them are oily and tasteless. Just have a look at the your food in pics (posted below). Anyone with little common sense will not serve this kind of food to customers. This order is my final order for you. If you don't improve the food, soon you won't be seeing any customers. Great little spot. If you’re hungry for a kebab or a hsp after a big night glennys is an obvious recommendation. The food is delicious, fast service and The friendly staff is nothing more then an added bonus when going there.

Low quality meat and overpriced, the chips were alright. It definitely doesn’t live up to the rest of the ratings here, used to be so much better.

Busy place due to their great Kebabs and Hsp, the waiting time can be a problem at times, but the food and the taste worth waiting.juicy, full of flavours and cooked perfectly.

Travelled 29km just to try their kebabs looking at the reviews and was not disappointed one bit. Their sweet potato chips was the highlight. The quantity and taste of meat in the kebab for the price was insane and would leave anyone full and satisfied. Would definitely try them again, yea travelling that far!

I am a regular customer to glenny i know wait time is long because its busy, but todays experience is bad, waited for 40 mins asked about my order said they said lost the reciept and need another 10 mins to prepare. Not at all fair from top rated places like these. I wish you dont loose the order reciepts.

This is the place. I never order my kebabs from anywhere else.
The quality of the kebab is the better than anywhere else. Price is really good for what you get. Lots of toppings and sauces and other things like donuts, falafels, dips etc.as well.
Most of the time I order by Ubereats and I never ever have a problem with these guys. But sometimes I go the place and they are friendly and fast. They are fantastic!

I tried a HSP from here for the first time yesterday. It was amazing. The girl who took my order was super nice and explained all the sizes and different options to me. I couldn't hear her super well because she was wearing a mask but when I asked her name I believe she said Hanna. She was wearing a black Adidas hoodie. Overall, the food and customer service was awesome. I am definitely coming back!

Thanks to that lady who still accepted my order though I was $ 2 short for veg falalfal kebab. (25/04/21 at 4: 50 pm). Thank u thank u.

Shop was little busy but staff was friendly and helpful, tasty food and lot of choice in cheap range of selections make them the perfect place to sit & enjoy or get take away. We try Falafel and some slides was pretty good! Had a little too much late for my liking though. Might be because I asked for 2 different though! I will definitely recommend getting the falafel?

Disappointing! Falafel, dips, rice, tabouli, salad, Lebanese bread.pretty much every thing in the feast lacked flavours. No where close to Jasmin1 in Sydney or Tiba's in Melbourne. I wish there was something here to come back for.

Replying to owner's comment "Your the one who had a fit about eftpos surcharge": Not really, must be somebody else. Check all my reviews, I never complained about any charges even if there is public holiday surcharge. 1-2% eftpos charge is very common, nothing to complain about. We are the ones who requested for vegetarian platter late on Thursday night. I only provide genuine reviews.

Great value for money, fresh ingredients, clean place and friendly staff and it’s open until late. Highly recommend it.

Ok I have to say, Drove 55min so I can try their famous Twins hsp and man what an experience, worth the money and time, there was a line of people waiting to order after me yet the guys took his time to explain to us the dishes, beautiful work culture, very good food and definitely going back to them again!

The falafel kebab was packed full of flavour. Falafel was perfect. Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Gold Jerry! Gold.

This place was very famous when it was located near patrol station but when I went there, it was not busy but lots of people who need a grab and go were there. Dining area seems not very used as it is. There are too much sauces on the food like I think it is just my preferences but owner is working there and it works well. Would love to try it again.
