I had very bad experience with dr Benjamin about my lower back pain who make it worse, his unprofessional and doesn’t care about your health but he care about money and give you more appointment to make your health worse, I strongly recommend to avoid seeing him for lower back adjustment. Specialist recommended to block the nerve of facet joint that it caused by your chiropractor with zero knowledge. I’m writing this review to inform people before they get terrible experience as I’ve got.

I went to Dr. Ben, and within 2 sessions he has made my back feel a lot better, and I'm a big guy not an easy task. Would definitely recommend this place, and of course ample parking at the back.

I've known Dr. Benjamin Apap since he has started the clinic and have been seeing him. He always has a treatment plan that I follow closely to ensure my migraines are kept at bay. He does a lot of treatment from sports injuries as well as my body is battered from the sports I play. Reception is friendly and welcoming. Other practitioners there give the same level duty of care if Benjamin is not available.

Poor knowledge about the what they are covered for and what they can claim for.when you are booking be careful to know about your claim and is it covers with your medicals or not.

This is a place my husband attends for his hearing aid, it's an alternative to Australian Hearing, but just as good. They are lovely people, and their waiting room is small but charming with herbal tea & posturpeadic pillows displays. They have a soundproof chamber & do hearing tests & fit the hearing aid & subsequent follow up including providing new batteries, etc, just as Australian Hearing do.

After my accident I didn’t know if anything could help my pain. After seeing Dr Benjamin I’ve never felt better! I also now see Dr Jessica as well who is so patient and understanding. Highly recommend!
