Brilliant place. Brought my old battered boots back to life on multiple occasions. Gave great advice for the repair and sole type. Quick key cutting too.

Very dissatisfied with shoe repair.
Took in a pair of timberland boots to be re heeled and they have been scuffed around the edges where the new one was placed and they are also a completely different colour. Very unhappy would not go here again.

These guys will take their time to make sure they can help you. Highly recommend for those jobs you think are impossible!

Bruno did boot repairs on two pairs of my old favourites and I couldn't be happier. My 25 year old Colorado walking boots needed a heel job - quick and fairly priced and now I'm walking straight again. A few weeks later my old pull-on Dewalts were glued, clamped and resuscitated - literally brought back from the dead. A master craftsman and a good guy. Regards, Leon

My family and I have been taking our shoes to Glenferrie Shoe Repairs for about 20 years and Bruno is a real craftsman.

He literally knows everything about every shoe on the market and will tell you honestly whether a shoe is worth repairing or not.

I have had many women's high heels repaired/re-glued, women's boots re-soled, men's dress shoes re-soled, ugg boots re-stitched and re-soled, Birkenstock's re-soled/partially re-soled + corking repaired and more. This place does an amazing job every time for a fair price.

I have moved out of the neighbourhood, but still make the trip back there to get all my shoes repaired because they are the best!

Bruno and his team know their stuff. I appreciate their honesty when something is 'beyond fixing', but their skills have fixed many a boot, shoe and bag for me over the years. Their skills in repairing and renewing are much appreciated in this 'disposable age'. Quick, accurate key-cutting is also a bonus!

Charged me $15 for a CR1632 battery when they are $3 on the internet. Incredibly ridiculous mark up scamming students. Did try to talk with him but didn't seem to reply.

Yes, he is pricey. But he is top quality, I would trust him with any shoe and in an era where trades like this are a dying art, he is priceless.
