Omg, I thought it was just a sukin warehouse but it had everything else. The price marked is not what you pay because it's another 50% off on the sale items. I will definitely be coming back with my families to buy some more products.

Scam. Always having a closing down sale, but never closing down. Not much there. Plus you can get the light box for $15 on eBay. Their price $25 supposedly reduced from $45.

I absolutely adore this place. They have an awesome range of products at great prices. They are a family-owned business and are so friendly and helpful. All through lockdown, they have been finding unique ways to still be able to sell their products and engage with their customers. Their Wednesday night auctions are a treat to behold - utter chaos, and they're brilliant. Johnny and Lil (and the kids, Eva, George and Angellina) are such lovely, warm and genuine people. I'm more than happy to recommend them.

This place was fun and great value as it was 50% off store wide. I got some large ice buckets for $2.50 and they look great!

Although it was a hot day, the staff were friendly and Johnny had his son walk my things to the car and pack the boot. Very worthwhile trip to Ringwood.

The most surprising factor for Melbourne Factory Outlet is the price of face masks. $5.00 for a box of 50 and while they are non-medical as most are, they are way far better than the cloth or the reusable masks which means I can keep a box of them in the car.

Their manchester are reasonable but I did not take a big look as I have a vehicle with frozen goods to take home but I shall return.
