Whoa! I never played badminton before. This place is excellent. I loved watching all the training sessions and people playing. It's great seeing couples playing and not just men playing each other. I loved my first experience at badminton and really enjoyed this place. Thanks.

Went for first to play socially. Started to play and my partner was pulled from the court and started having hit with another person. Unable to continue my game so I left. Will never return to this centre

Ventilation is a down side of that place and also restrooms need renovation! Lighting is also not good!

Great place to play badminton.

Prices are reasonable at $22/hour.

Lots of courts available. They have around 20 courts which offers plenty of opportunity to play.

The roof is a little bit low as it is possible to hit the roof even in regular play, albeit unlikely.

The badminton centre is located at the back of the business complex so it’s easy to accidentally drive past or get confused as to where the badminton centre is located.

Parking may be slightly difficult if all their courts are being used at the same time.

Plenty of badminton racquets and equipment sold here. They have a lot of different price points catering to beginners and experienced players alike.

Just smashing. Super popular with the locals. Table tennis hire also available. Plenty of car park spaces. The mens' loo has an unpleasant odour though.

Clean, nets and courts in good condition.
Plenty of space for parking- can get very busy at times.
Selection of Yonex and Lining rackets/shoes available in the local pro shop at a good price.
Stringing of racket may not be consistent, depending on who is stringing the racket at the time.

Been coming here for 4 years. The guy who couldnt speak english provides excellent customer service and makes you feel welcomed. Whoever is giving low ratings for bad english is tripping.

Great place to play badminton and/ or table tennis. Bookings are essential on weekdays around 17: 00-20: 00.

Poor customer service. The staff hardly understands English. A better customer service would be good. No ventilation in this place. It is hot day today (23 Jan 2022), asked to turn on the ventilation, the staff doesn't understand what is ventilation. Asked to turn on the fan, she said no electricity. During the covid season, it is important to keep ventilated. She just opend a door to ventilated and a player close as it was too much light which is distracting. It is unsafe and not worth for what we paid. It is highly important to maintain health and wellbeing of all the players who attended the place. I hope the management fix the issue asap.

Nice place for badminton. Standard court and environment. Just toilet facilities are not ready for you to take a shower after game. This is the minus point.
(Feb-2022, overall still the same. Price went up and the toilet conditions still unchanged. Court lighting brighter than others).

Nice and professional staff. Always love to assist in choosing the right racquets and shoes to fit for your purposes and provide advice on how to improve the badminton skills.

Large complex and very busy. But great courts with changing rooms. Good parking. Rates aren't too bad either. Good fun workout.

20 courts is probs the biggest I have ever seen.good lighting which is spread horizontally so the downlights not in your eyes. The air did not feel stuffy. Looking forward to more time on these courts.

Too hot in the summer. Otherwise perfect. Reasonable price, a large number of courts but better book your court early!

Good courts but INCREDIBLY rude, snobbish and unappreciative staff who took my booking over the phone AND who served me when I arrived to pay and play. Not even a greeting or a "Hi, how can I help you? " but a cold "Yes, what name? " *says name* and then "$12. Cash or card? "
No thank you at the end either.
For the disgusting BASIC customer service and relations, 3 stars off.
I wasn't looking for a red carpet entry, just very BASIC customer treatment in ANY retail, store, sports center or restaurant setting.

Excellent facility to play Badminton and connect with players.
Very reasonably priced compared to other places which are make shift courts. This is a dedicated Badminton facility though you could play table tennis here too.
This place has change rooms / toilets and ample car parking. Accessible via public transportation as well.

Super busy but great fitness for young & old - coaches are great, super patient & encouraging.

Busy place, courts were okay. Gets quite stuffy on a hot day. Booking process is straight forward

Bad staff experience. Other badminton centre in mount Waverley was comparably very friendly and centre has also better facility. I would not recommend.

Excellent courts and very affordable price per hour. Great for a returning player coming with friends
