Had a procedure this week, excellent to deal with, no fuss getting it organised. Upon arrival staff wonderful, procedure a breeze.so happy they have a streamlined approach without 'other' people clambering all over the place, drop offs and pick ups are kept away promoting a relaxed and sensitive environment. I took a family member in for a gastroscopy & colonoscopy. The friendliness and care shown by the nurses, the anesthetist & the doctor were top class. Their "bedside" manner was calming & caring; their information dissemination was thorough; they cannot be faulted. A-class.
Very positive experience. Professional, competent and friendly healthcare professionals in a modern Day hospital. My 4th colonoscopy and 2nd gastroscopy and this experience was the best thus far. Reception staff were very helpful, nurses friendly and efficient, anaesthetist lovely and Mr Fone personable and communicative. Well Done!
Had gastroscopy done by Dr Andrew Smith there. A Nice and polite fellow he was who explained everything to me. The staff, nurses and everyone was good, took good care of me. Its an expensive procedure but fortunately everything was covered by OSHC BUPA. Make sure you check with your insurance provider before booking an appointment for this.
The only issue I had was with anaesthesiologist fee, which was $500 and they told me at very last hour that I had to pay from my pocket. BUPA doesn’t cover everything for that and I ending up getting $132 back so $370 were gone from my pocket.
Overall this hospital is good with ample amount of facilities.
Great facilities, kind staff, excellent service, zero wait time and no fussing around, all in all and excellent place for a short procedure. Highly recommended! I was just having a gastroscopy, and it was amazing! Will be asking my GP to send me here next time I need one.
I had Gastroscopy here with Dr. David Fone and the procedure was very pleasant! Anaesthetist Dr. James calms me down before the procedure and assures me that it’s quick and painless as I have a fear of needles! There were no pains or complications at all, I had a good sleep and when I woke up the procedure was done! Nurses who took care of me were very attentive and professional, they do checks on me every few minutes. I would highly recommend giprivate, and will definitely be my first choice of healthcare from now! Thank you giprivate team!
