Was turned away at the entrance as they are apparently not accepting new patients at this time.

Both Dr Miao and Dr Wang are fantastic and their receptionists are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Too many tests and x-rays for minor ailments. Not proper treatment or medicine. Do not go there

I took my Dad to see Dr Geoff and this is the worst GP experience ever in my life.
Did not check my Dad at all, not even a temperature check when the patient is on temperature.
Send him to go for emergency without issuing any reference letter.
Refuse to issue a medicare certificate for overseas insurance claim, insisted that he could issue the certificate on the second consultation to get another cosultation fee easily?
Initial conaultation cost 90 dollars paid upfront, which is fine if it is helpful. But only 5 mins consulting time without any checking, no prescription, no test arranged. This is just a rip-off! Not recommed at all!

Book online via healthengine app. Convenient. Normally very short wait. Friendly doctor (Dr. Geoff). Bulk bill.

Dr Miao and Dr Juan both are very professional and caring doctors, the receptionist is always polite with smiling face.i am happy with them as my family doctor.

Most horrible experience with Dr Geoff, barely looked me in the eye, didn’t listen to me at all and basically threw the most basic prescription at me and a medical certificate. Extremely poor service by both him and the receptionist. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Doctor Geoff Miao told me that he couldn’t sit too close to my son to check his eyes because he had a cold and didn’t want to infect him. While certainly appreciate Dr. Miao’s kind concerns, I don’t understand why he was not wearing a mask. May I suggest that doctors who are carrying anything infectious or treating patients who are potentially infectious wear a mask?

The receptionist was friendly enough to us. When I told her that the name on the receipt was wrong, she quickly printed another one with the correct name. But not until later did I realise that the replacement she gave me is an invoice (not a receipt). Hope there will be no issue with the insurance company, otherwise will have to visit again.

I’m very disappointed with this practice and would not return. I’m an RN so I do know how healthcare works a little bit. My poor partner is a non Australian resident and was paying full fees. He needed some blood work done as a follow up from his previous blood results. The doctor was very unhelpful, was not interested in getting a full health history, was only interested in having my partner return and pay another consulting fee to discuss the blood results and NOT EVEN PRESCRIBE MOST BASIC MED WHICH THE DOCTOR DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPELL (!). He hadn’t considered any other factors like previous path results, patients lifestyle, current meds, etc. BYE.

Goog location and the GP not too bad, but always charge extra fee which the other clinic not charge. So plz consider the other place when you have some special inquries.

Needed a minor procedure.receptionist was helpful and Dr Jeff Miao was friendly and did a good job. Passed by this place all the time but finally went in yesterday. Would come back and recommend others as well. Well done GFMC.

Highly recommend this medical clinic, although only a small practice the level of personal attention and genuine concern of the doctors, especially Dr. Geoff Miao is above and beyond any of the other clinics in the area. Personal thank you to Dr. Geoff for helping myself during a difficult illness.

Nice, helpful male doctor, Dr Geoff. Although very unprofessional & unfriendly receptionist with limited English. Also was approached by the female doctor in waiting room who openly spoke about my personal information in front of other patients. Was unprofessional, not happy about it.

Professional doctor and really helpful! Horrible receptionist, just wanted to make sure symptoms were not gastro and just accused us of getting medical certificate. Went to another place I won't be back or recommending

Great doctors, really friendly and are very thorough with their examinations, they really know their stuff.
Nice clean reception area and parking in the rear, added bonus is the ability to Bulk Bill and opened on weekends too.

Staff and Doctors are always overly kind and go that extra step just to ensure your health comes first. Highly recommended Medical Centre

Horrible unprofessional receptionist! Would never come back. Would recommend going to other doctors in the area as this place requires to to book a week ago. Just a money making joint.
