I just now placed an order for chicken and prawn dumplings.and a salt and pepper chicken ribs too. There was a piece of an actual pure glass (not plastic) in the dumplings. Thanks to god that my partner didin't swallowed it. It can even damage internal organs. I hope you guys can understand the matter of concern. I WAS your Regular Customer (not anymore).

Like many good little cafe and restaurant the quality of food is going down with the delivery business, to meet fast deliveries the use frozen dumplings and a substandard broth for the soup. I was totally disappointed with my soup that was made from frozen ingredients and cooked in a microwave at the roasted meat counter, so disappointed as I know that they can make good food.
My advice to you is to ditch this delivery business as you will lose many customers.
Have some respect for your own traditional food instead of trying to make a quick buck, this is shameful.

The guy is as slow as a sloth, even putting two boxes into a plastic bag took nearly a minute. Lost my ticket on their side, if I never asked I would have been waiting there forever

For 12.50 from their specials menu you can't go wrong. Not many places you can get a meal for 12.50 in Melbourne anymore.
The beef was a but salty buy the chicken and pork dishes were nice.
We were there in the evening around 7ish.

This is the first time I asked for takeaway. I read the previous reviews and noticed sometimes they forget to put sauce in the takeaway food. So I doubt checked mine and apparently there’s no sauce or at least a lot less than when I dine in.
So I asked them to put some sauce but the old lady put it like it’s my fault coz I need to tell her for extra sauce. It was literally almost no sauce.
The other staff was okay and explained to me but the old lady was rude.

What do you expect from Chinese restaurants run by the MAINLAND Chinese.
They CANNOT cook and they're unethical have no manners, hence their foods are salty to manipulate your taste bud.
Since the arrivals of mainland Chinese it is very hard to find a decent Chinese restaurant and Yumcha basically sux.
So sad.

One of the best place to eat Crispy Pork! The price is reasonable and easy to find. The staffs are friendly and polite. However, the steam rice is a bit sticky or wet. Other negative is they charge extra 5% for credit card payment, it is too much! Normally 1.5% though

The most terrible experience in this restaurant. I did take away a whole roasted duck from there and we sat the side chair to wait. But I just found they chopped two dishes ducks and put in microwave and transfer into take away containers. I need to say How smart the chef is! That was really disgusting for all your costumers who got this kind of meal from you! Never come back!

One of the best roast pork and duck dishes we ever had. We wanted to go China bar first but for some reason they all were closed yesterday. So we decided to check this place out and we were so happy that we did. The customer service was really amazing and they were so quick with the food. I usually dont bother putting reviews but this place is so good I wanted to tell everyone.

I went to the restaurant around 3pm on 24 December 2022 and ordered the dishes on special available Monday to Sunday from 2.30pm to 4.59pm as advertised. I was told by the 2 female staff at the register that these dishes were not available due to public holiday. I told them that 24 December 2022 was not a public holiday and that their advertisement did not state that these dishes were not available on 24 December 2022. I was told that they considered 24 December 2022 as a public holiday. I told them how their explanation/comment would make sense to customers as clearly 24 December 2022 was not a public holiday. I told them that, if they wished to consider 24 December 2022 as a public holiday, they should have made it clear in their advertisement. I also told them I specifically made a trip to their restaurant hoping to try out their dishes on special. The 2 female staff were standing there silent and shrugged their shoulders in response to my comments.
They did not bother to call their manager or owner to resolve the issues.
The staff and restaurant are irresponsible for their act and do not honour their commitments made. The way they do business is ridiculous.

When they need you to come, lunch special $10.90. After got lot customers support, then raise it to $13.90. $3 increase? So greedy. Lunch special price $13.90? Definitely $13.90 is not a special price, I could get many options elsewhere with $13.90.

One of the worst places in the stretch. It’s like a competition between bad food vs bad service. Can’t tell which ones worse. I’d rather sleep hungry than eat here!

Ordered roasted pork, roasted duck, and a wonton soup. Everything is too salty. Didn’t take a photo since i normally don’t leave a review anywhere but the saltiness is so high that i have to break my habit.

Small restaurant serving Hong Kong style roast meat. Value for money. The roast duck is tasty. Lots of people ordering take away during dinner time. Bring cash or else there would be a surcharge on all credit payments.

The roast meats were well prepared and the crispy roast pork was delicious. Food is slightly on the salty side however. Water available for dine in. No hot tea like some other restaurants. Limited menu but what they do do they do well. Good place to pick up your roast meats for takeaway. Surcharge on credit cards and extra 5% on Sundays. Prices seem to have increased recently. Good sized portions of meat in the dishes we had although could do with more vegetables. Our vegetables didn't match the picture.

Not expecting any excellent services but at least keep your bad attitude same for all customers. Don’t just greet and said thank you to white Australian and ignore your own skin colors. Im talking about this specky short hair lady.

Food is tasteless, fatty and heaps of little bones in the pork. The noodles tasted like plastic. Would not recommend. The best thing was the steamed rice and even that was dry. Very overpriced!

Winter Special is super good deal. Food is yummy but service is non existence.no complaints expected in many Asian Eateries

Crispy skinned roast duck. Planned to have takeaway duck for dinner at home. Asked for a whole duck & carved it myself at home… absolutely delicious! Shall be back to try the bbq pork.

Bought a spare, charge me spare ribs price but give me just charsiew meat (0ver charge $5), when i call them to complain, they hang up.food is extremely salty.dont go there
