Best gluten free patisserie I have ever attended as a celiac. Dairy free and nut free too. Dad and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice owner and staff too.

I'm not gluten or dairy free but this pâtisserie is delicious. Definitely worth the visit. The pastry on the spinach and cheese triangle is crispy and light. The bubblegum Krembo was my favourite. Really impressed. My travel buddy was just so excited that everything in store was safe for her to eat. I'd definitely come back.

This afternoon I had the pleasure of visiting Glazed, a gluten-free cafe that has completely won me over! It’s often a challenge to find restaurants that cater to my family dietary needs without compromising taste or variety. However, Glazed exceeded all my expectations.

We ordered both sweet and savoury treats, every item is expertly crafted to perfection. The coffee was the best I’ve had in ages. We ended up taking a few items home too!

But what truly sets Glazed apart is their unparalleled friendly service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. Both Liran and Joanne (the chef and his lovely wife) were actively engaging with customers, making sure everyone is well looked-after. The rest of the crew was also extra friendly.

If you're in search of a gluten-free cafe that offers scrumptious food and exceptional service, look no further than Glazed, you won't be disappointed!

Had the absolute pleasure of eating at Glazed for the first time today. As a coeliac it’s easy to forget a whole range of textures - like biting into delicate, crisp, flaky pastry - so it was a real treat to demolish a sausage roll. Just remembered to take a photo of my last (very tasty) morsel of cheese bread. A profound thank you to the talented chef for creating food that is not just delicious but also inclusive. As a foodie who since diagnosed has often felt excluded when it comes to eating it was a joy to go indulge somewhere that caters for a whole range of dietary restrictions with flare and beautiful flavours ️

Being lactose intolerant I was so excited to find this bakery! My delicious birthday cake, the bumblegum marshmallows were a huge hit with the family. Absolutely divine.

I am so glad I went to extra effort to drive out to here today, it was so totally worth it.
I've been told by others in our Geelong Facebook group that this place is amazing and is definitely worth the effort to go there and OMG yes it is.

First off service
You are greeted as soon as you walk in and are made to feel relaxed and as if you are amongst friends and family.
He then goes to the effort to get to know you and find out if you have any dietary issues and then runs through what they have available that you could have.
I got there after lunch and apparently they had a very busy morning so most of the stuff had been sold.
Listening in to other conversations he had while I was there it sounds like this is very common, so my tip is to maybe get there in the morning if you can.
The food itself, again, OMG just delicious. You can definitely see why it's so popular.
I will absolutely definitely be coming back here again.

Had a sausage roll, in my opinion the pastry was a little bit tough kind of like the texture of cardboard. Maybe I just got an old one.
My wife had a sandwich and the lettuce was grainy, it seemed to not be washed.

Thrilled to have stumbled upon this place! I'm a coeliac and this is the best gluten free pastry I've had in Australia. I'll be back!

Glazed Gluten Free is just phenomenal and that’s coming from someone who is not gluten free but has tried plenty of gluten free items due to a coeliac family member. So many amazing, delicious items to choose from - sweet pastry treats to savory goods including a dozen different breads, vegan pizza, and borekas.

Glazed was a highlight on our visit to Melbourne and is a must for anyone who is gluten free, not to mention that their staff is incredibly kind and gracious. I wish we lived in Melbourne to be able to regularly pick up items from Glazed.

Tip—make sure to order 2 days in advance if you want to make sure to pick up certain items.

Glazed amazed! Their gluten-free range is delicious. You can find nice gluten-free food out and about but this was next level. The buns were great, the savoury and sweets were amazing. I was there for their high tea and for someone who isn't gluten intolerant, it was that good that I wouldn't have known any different. It was a great experience. I wish gluten-free food was this good all the time. I highly recommend going to pick up some bread, sweets, whatever takes your fancy, dine in, take away and enjoy!

Wow this gluten free food is amazing! Unbelievably good! I don’t know what magic they weave here but the muffin had the most incredible fluffy texture. The vegan sausage roll in filo was delicious.
