Glassware Imports

Staff (one woman in particular, large, dark-haired woman) are rude. Purchased products, not a lot, while I was in store, and she made me wait 1.5 hours to get my order. I was physically there with a baby and had to wait 1.5 hrs. It's absolutely ridiculous. She told me online orders come first. Are you serious? While customers are there purchasing, grab their things and give it to them, it's not that hard! I refuse to shop here. Do yourself a favour. There are plenty of candle shops around. Choose another

I Normally don't write review for the business, however this transaction with this business have being nightmare.
I have ordered glass jars to make handmade gift for my Christmas presents, have ordered on the 9th and only being pick up by the courier on 12, as I'm locally in Melbourne I was expected it to be delivered within a week.at 21/12 still not receiving it.
Acknowledging that the courier delay isn't the business's fault, I try to arrange solution with the business as to buy new batch of glass jar and pick up and refund the ones that were send in the parcel once I received, than I received email saying that the business only offer store credit no refunds which basically asking me to pay twice of money as I do not felt like buying from them again.once I email the business back there is no more reply and no update of the delivery. (still not received delivery yet)
Business is not willing to help finding solution and only say that they will " follow up" with the courier.really bad experience dealing with them.

I'd like to say how impressed I am with Glassware Imports products and service! I bought the mandala glass canisters for the first time last year and absolutely love them!

Made a large online order in Sydney on Wednesday and received it at lunchtime on Friday, less than 48 hours after I'd ordered! Vessels are even better than I'd expected and I will be definitely ordering again. Thanks so much.

Terrible experience to say the least. After ordering about 50 tin jars, I had exactly 1/4 with dents/damage. I reached out to ask for a replacement as I run a small business. They stated that they wouldn't replace them. I EVEN BOUGHT ADDED INSURANCE. As this is a damaged item it is my right as a customer to receive what I bought in the condition advertised (let alone paying extra). With further research I have noticed many customers experiencing the same thing.exactly 1/4 of there order damaged. I have to say, this is suspicious. Not only was I spoken to extremely rude but I'm a business who would of been plenty of continuous sales, however I have never been spoken too so revoltingly. Customer service well and truly deserves a 0/5 stars (but the lowest I can give is 1/5)

I can highly recommend Glassware Imports. I have purchased beautiful candle jars recently and not only did they arrive very quickly, they were exactly, if not more, beautiful than they were in the pictures on the website.
You will not be disappointed. I look forward to placing my next order with them. They have sooo many items to choose from and some brilliant sales.

Ordered glassware from here which arrived broken due to inadequate packaging, some also arrived scratched up. After doing a test burn, the paint on the container stared to peel off and not the look of a quality end product. The products are imported from China, very cheaply made and could probably get better quality from a junk shop. There is no pre or after service customer care. I would advise to stay clear.

I’ve been using multiple suppliers over the last two years and I can honestly say that the best customer service, fastest dispatch and best pricing for vessels is with Glassware Imports. They go above and beyond to make contact and keep up communication if anything changes and they are just so easy to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great service and help by the staff at glassware imports. They took the time to walk us through many different options with containers and wicks.

Highly recommended. Good quality products, fast shipping. I got my order within 10 days of purchase (which is rare to come by these days). Would love to see more options for the wax. At the moment they have only soy.

Bought gift boxes that were on sale. Upon receiving them I learned why they were on sale and that was because they were faulty. I have bought giftboxes elsewhere and haven't come across the same issue. Customer service blaming on my supposedly inability to put together. Email reply was rude, wasn't a pleasant experience. Will not buy from them again.

I was let down by my candle supplier when I placed an order close to 4 weeks ago, only to find at the end of last week a refund in my account with an email telling me they were out of stock. So after googling I came across Glassware Imports and decided to give them a try. I was truly shocked when I had my order on my doorstep within days of ordering and their prices is at least 20% cheaper! I know where I will be shopping for my business from now on. Thank you so much for your efficiency, it is greatly appreciated.

The ladies at Glasswares are very friendly & always willing to offer advice & help and provide great professional service. Whenever I place an order online the service is brillant. I receive confirming of my order being, packed and shipped within a day or 2 even in this busy time of COVID. The website with inventory stock numbers is so informative and helps when dealing with my customers orders. Thank you for your great customers service it goes a long way.
