I walked into this store and felt quite uncomfortable as the employees stared at me and made numerous comments. I kept shopping, trying not to let the negative vibes get to me, but these employees made me feel so uncomfortable when they started talking louder that I had to leave. Also, please improve your sizing so that more people can purchase at your stores.

Louise was so lovely and helpful, especially in the busyness of black friday sales she was still so attentive!

Good range of clothing however these girls really need to be taught some customer service skills no acknowledgement whatsoever lol

Very rude customer service, unprofessional workers bad attitude towards customer's. Dont know where they find these people. Needs training. Wouldn't recommend shopping at this store

Apologies for putting this here as well, however there currently is no spot to review the new South Aus Glassons store in Westfield Marion that recently opened and I have never seen worse customer service in my life. I understand it is new and they are still learning and developing themselves, however I have been in there twice and have not been greeted, spoken too or even smiles at once. Additionally, I was browsing through their clothes (which are in fact of good quality and have a fantastic range of styles) and pushed out of the way by what I thought was a customer, but soon realised they were wearing a headset so were most likely a staff member. The clothes are nice however the service does not do them justice and I will not be inclined to return. Puts the Glassons reputation to shame.

Amazing clothes however worst customer service I've ever seen which is very disappointing.
