Glasshaus Inside

We organised to have our wedding at Glasshaus Inside, and the venue is absolutely stunning, especially when set up for the day. However communication from staff could have been much better. For example, we were told that we MUST pick up our items before 11am the next day, but the venue was closed both mornings when we tried to do so, and we were not able to get in touch with them. In addition, there were several small issues that came up before, during, and after the ceremony that despite the venue having been briefed on the plan for the day, and there was minimal efforts made to fix the issues at the time. The entire experience wasn’t unpleasant, and the venue itself was worth the effort, but it did feel rather disorganised, and made planning a wedding much more stressful than it could have been.

What a beautiful place for wedding ceremony. Especially on a rainy or hot day, you can totally do all your bridal photos in here. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. The manager here has assisted us many times with styling our display suites across Melbourne. The consistent and excellent customer service, advice and quality of plants makes this nursery a stand out.

Had our wedding ‘after party’ here last week and it is the most fabulous place to hold a celebration. Candle light, the greenery, great food and wine and dancing made for a great night. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely our favourite place for plants (and we have been to quite a few in our quest to find an indoor tree!). They have a unique collection of indoor plants and trees in such a beautiful setting, but it was Jacinta who really made it a wonderful experience. She is a delight and really took the time to listen to our plant needs. We also enjoyed meeting Ben who delivered our tree to us, and he was equally warm and kind.

We had our daughters wedding there tonight and it was amazing. The ambience and jungle environment was pure gold. The staff were extremely helpful and very professional. The catering company we used is called Fat and Skinny. I would recommend the Glasshaus as a very cool and modern place to get married.

I have been to quiet a few nurseries around Melbourne, but this is by far my favourite. They have a good collection of plants, decent prices and best of all Jacinta who works and manages the nursery is beyond helpful. She is so lovely, friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about your plants at home and/or your new purchase.

Very poor communication from he event manager, Nada. I was highly interested in venue, I made several attempts during Covid to discuss in detail about the venue and possible booking an inspection when restrictions eased. Nada never returned any of my phone calls except once when restriction eased to arrange an inspection. I understand during covid there has been complexities and uncertainty but communication is still important.
I had an inspection with Nada on the 8/11 at 12: 00PM. Nada did not show up to the appointment nor did she let me know that she was running late or answer any of my phone calls, how unprofessional. Poor communication completely, which is a shame since this venue is beautiful. If you have staff that are disorganized and rude, why would you want someone like that to plan you wedding.

I've photographed a wedding and a corporate event at both inside and outside, and together they're just most brilliantly unique industrial-meets-jungle spots in the area. Such a treat to turn up to Liv's wedding and see she had her warehouse decked out in beautiful Glasshaus florals too. Glorious!

Lovely venue, however the staff are beyond rude and made the wedding VERY difficult, the manager was having firm words with the groom 30 mins out from him getting married.

I have worked across Australia producing events and working on shows, never have I met a team of people who seem to have zero care for the clients needs.

My partner and I inquired here as a wedding venue due to it's location, the fantastic selection of indoor plants and the very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff.
We ended up going elsewhere due to capacity however this is a beautiful and intimate venue with the loveliest most accommodating wedding staff we've met. We definitely recommend:)

Unique place for special occasion. My daughter had her wedding dinner on this place. Such a nice and lovely place. I like the indoor garden ambiance.

Performed a wedding here as celebrant and the staff were all super professional and very easy to work with. The venue itself is beautiful - highly recommend if you are after inner Melbourne vibes for your wedding or reception!

I photographed a wedding here last weekend and cannot recommend this venue more highly. Incredibly well presented and anyone who loves plants like myself will be in greenery heaven! Cannot wait to shoot here again!

Sensational aesthetic from outside and when you walk in. Greeny everywhere big, small and some exotic. The lady working there was friendly but very busy on the phone which is no surprise. Prices are a bit excessive considering there's cheaper options for the same sizes elsewhere.
