Had a prompt and professional experience both with Sally at the office and with Patrick the glazier. I find it very hard to find genuine honest tradesmen nowadays but Patrick was exactly that. The dog broke the window, I put in a form for a quote price charged matched that was quoted and got a fast reply with a personalized person who organized a glacier to come in and repair the window within 1 days notice, btw Luke awesome guy very friendly and helpful highly recommended and will be coming back in the future *fingers crossed* no more broken windows lol

In the middle of a huge house move, the removalist, added to my horror by accidentally braking a front glass panel at the entrance…The next day, I saw a Glass On Time Car pass me by, in a side street in the Yarra Valley! Trem came out and for a non refundable $100 free quote he was meant to clean up everything and make safe as I have a child in my home

He cleaned up some of the glass
He didn’t bring a vacuum
He left plenty of glass in the door Frame and around other objects
So I stepped on glass unknowingly 2-3 times
I was scared for my puppies feet and if he would eat any bits of glass that constantly fell through out the quoted week
but sadly without notice was closer to two weeks
Again I only stepped on glass two or three times that week
It was agreed they would install on Friday so I took the day off work
When I called them to confirm a time on the day they said sorry we should have called it’s delayed

There is a small amount of space between a towel rack and the door so I asked Trem if this is a problem can he measure it so it doesn’t hit the towel rack he said no problem

So it confuses me when they didn’t bring an extra spacer and without consulting me or care decided to fill the gap with more scilicone which I believe doesn’t look as nice or is as safe. I have sincerely a 1 mm clearance if that
When I asked if they can improve it or change it they said no

In a world where it takes triple the time to get anything done due to covid, this place really shines. It's refreshing to work with a company who is so efficient and motivated to get the job done.
