While holidaying in rye over the Christmas period, we accidentally broke a window in our airbnb. The guys from glass hq were there within a couple of hours to replace the glass and were very reasonably priced given the time of year. Thanks Lindsay and team!

There are not enough superlatives to describe the fabulous service I received from Craig and his fellow workers. I had a very prompt quote and my front window broken glass was repaired quickly and my new shower door and side panel were completed as quickly as possible considering it was a total new design and it has enhanced and modernised my bathroom so much. These are difficult times we live in and you need patience with any tradesmen because of lack of supplies and workers but you will not be disappointed using Glass HQ. Regards Jill

I must be the only bad review it seems
After the initial phone conversation where my "job" was not big enough but we will drop out there when we can attitude
Then when putting in window
Straight in.silicon and didnt bother to replace metal strips

When i phoned to ask why this was done this way and that it needed to be completed properly
I was told

Its ok dont worry about the $80 fee

I was happy to pay that fee.obviously a call out fee

Keep in mind this was 6 months ago

Today i had the guy turn up at my work asking for payment and in front of customers telling me i didnt pay account?

He carried on when i said i would pay it friday and said $50 would do today

I asked for reciept.no sorry.no card either

Honestly to turn up 6 months later for a payment after not completing the job right?

The boys from Glass HQ did a fantastic job fitting our custom made frameless shower screen in a difficult position. The design with a swinging panel allowed us to have a large shower where we otherwise would not have been able to. Done with no fuss and at a reasonable price.
