Fantastic service! Unable to find quality frameless shower hardware in the finish I needed, I sourced for them overseas. A previous review about how the team managed to ship their product to Ireland gave me confidence to approach Forge Hardware. Served by a lovely lady who made my arduous journey of searching high and low for the brushed brass hardware a thing of the past. After a few minutes on the phone, product was shipped out and arrived in Singapore in less than a week. Can't thank the team enough! Quality, solid fittings that were much better than what the contractor has; combined with excellent customer service that followed up to make sure everything was fine, don't look further, they're the ones you should purchase your hardware from.

When a customer calls you and asks you to send a shipment to Ireland the easiest thing to do is say "No". Jason didn't do this however - he took the time to work through a myriad of problems to make it happen. And when the shipment got sent sent back to Australia due to a customs screw up he did it all again. Serious customer service - thanks Jason

We had a broken hinge on a shower door that was quite a few years old. Through some photos I sent to Forge, Jason was able to help me measure the existing glass cutouts exactly, so that he could recommend a good replacement. It arrived quickly and it works! I ordered a 1200 x 1300 glass pool panel online … wanting Australian made as one of our (Made in China) pool panels exploded without any impact or reason being the second one that this has happened to.
As they were out of stock it had to be made. Jason was very obliging and efficient with his efforts to get this for me ASAP as our pool was unprotected.
He rang me and advised me the progress & again as soon as it was ready for me to pick up from factory (before due time.)
