Refused to provide a receipt on the day. Auto wipers no longer working after windscreen replaced. Multiple requests for receipt and to resolve wiper issue ignored. It is illegal to not provide a recruiting. Suggest you choose another company to fix your windscreen.

Scam alert! Over the phone, they quoted $538, but would only accept $550 when it came time to pay. They came to repair our window, but said they would only take cash and would provide a receipt. On payment, they told us to email them on the following Monday and we would get a receipt emailed to us. Instead, they have since blocked all our calls and refusing to give a receipt. They also told Consumer Affairs that they won't provide the receipt because there was apparently an agreement to evade tax and therefore would not produce a receipt. This was news to us! Dodgy business practices - do not use them!

Had the windscreen installed on our Mercedes. We didn’t receive a receipt and the auto sensor no longer works. Have tried to contact the company multiple times requesting a receipt and to follow up on the issue we have with the auto sensor with no reply. Very poor customer service and complaint resolution. Do not use this company.

Called on Saturday, guys came on Monday. Unfortunately couldn't fix it so they came back Tuesday. The guy kept me updated the whole time calling me with time frames etc. Did a great job. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service, got my sunroof fixed and cleaned within in days and got it ordered from Queensland and was straight away replaced, the team at Glass City Windscreens is amazing and cooperative. Would definitely use them again.

Cleaning is basic! First time changed back glass and how come lot of scratches
Please check your CCTV and lean your skill
Where put silicone where you have to clean
And how to take off the broken glass without damage
And then Window glass level install and no damage car pannel all silicone job clear
Just listen careful what they say!

Had my 2022 toyota kluger windscreen replaced and it was perfect like it never was replaced before just such a clean and wonder service and the staff were very polite and helpful definitely will be back if i ever need a windscreen again thank you soo much guys much appreciated

Called for a quote for a 2008 hilux, quote was very reasonable, same day service, 2 boys came out very polite, clean, quick and hassle free highly recommend these guys
