What a joke of a buisness.
The last 3 times I have hired from this company my dress hasn’t turned up on time so I haven’t had anything to wear for 2 weddings and a work function. Terrible communication no contact phone number to call if a problem arises. Emailing system a joke so slow for anyone to reply. They emailed me on the arrival day of my dress that was ment to be arriving terrible customer service. Really disappointed don’t waste your time with them. Will not be hiring from them such a waste of time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I really love that GlamCorner is B-Corp certified. It's fabulous being able to constantly rotate my wardrobe (with high-quality items), and the customer service is always excellent too.

Glam Corner is an amazing company. Have been hiring dresses from them for over 2 years. Just recently hired a beautiful dress for my birthday from the brand Keepsake The Label. Quality fabric and great tailoring. Customer service is outstanding. Very happy customer.

Fantastic experience had with using Glam Corner to rent a beautiful chartreuse wrap dress by Ginger and Smart. Simple and Easy process and reasonably priced.

Great service, I have used GlamCorner to hire clothing for special events such as for weddings or galas. I have also joined as a monthly member where I get to curate my own box of clothing each month with new fashion forward pieces so I always have that ‘new clothes feeling’. Clothes are beautiful brands and kept in top condition.

I HAVE TO PAY $1000 FOR GLAMCORNERS MISTAKE.

I been a happy customer with you guys for the past year. I love the membership service and always post glowing reviews about glamcorner via my business page however todays experience was horrific.

I have just moved to Melbourne from ACT and last week went in to order my next box. Before I ordered the box I made sure I went in and updated my address from ACT to my current address in VIC.
Today I have seen that my box has been delivered to ACT address incorrectly. I immediately logged into my account to double check my address had been updated and I could see on my profile that yes it had been updated to VIC.

I called to speak with your customer service to resolve this and was told that she could also see my address as VIC and therefore THIS WAS A SYSTEM TECHNICAL ERROR ON YOUR WEBSITE and therefore the box got delivered incorrectly to ACT.

After asking how this can be resolved I was then told that there is no way that glamcorner could have the box redirected to me unless I pay $300-$1000 to have it couriered to me.
I explained that this is not a viable option as essentially ME AS THE CUSTOMER WOULD BE PAYING UP TO $1000 TO FIX AN ERROR CAUSED BY GLAMCORNER.

After asking to speak to the customer service manager, this manager wasn’t able to assist any further and just kept repeating the same option, FOR ME TO PAY FOR GLAMCORNERS MISTAKE. Or instead for me to somehow get the box returned to glamcorner. As mentioned I have moved states so I’m unable to physically be able to have the box returned. After asking for any other reasonable option to be discussed I was told there was nothing else to be done.

Both of these options are unacceptable and I’m honestly shocked that there has been no courtesy or willingness to actually fix your own mistake and come up with a solution and instead try and charge me for glamcorners error.

After asking I was told I wouldn’t be able to speak to any other manager above the customer service lead. Again, a frustrating thing to hear given no realistic option has been presented to me as a rational customer who simply wants a resolution to an error that you have made.

My mind is actually blown that in 2022 when they actually have a team dedicated to customer service and “customer happiness” that this how they are operating.

I know that Auspost delays is a good excuse - but it really isn't when the entire business model is to get dress rentals for particular dates - if Aus post cant be trusted then they should be using a courier. I booked 2 dresses for my sisters wedding and the day before the wedding they called me to tell me it wouldn't arrive on time - I ended up having to go to the shops to buy an outfit that I wasn't really happy with it. Really ruined the experience for me. Will not use again.

I am obsessed with my glamcorner membership. I have spent so much money on clothes shopping in the past, never being satisfied with my wardrobe. Even with the lite box option of 2 items I have a new outfit to wear out every 2 weeks with luxury brand name clothes that would otherwise be way out of my budget. Highly recommend

I just wish I had discovered GlamCorner and their incredible range of styles years ago! Great options to hire from, the back up item at a discounted rate gave me piece of mind for my first time using their service. I've been singing their praises far and wide for excellent customer service, incredibly reasonable rates and so many options to try. I hired the L'Amour High neck scuba crepe gown in cherry red which was quite long - fair enough though as I am only 5'1" - and ended up wearing my second option which was the L'Amour Diana Halter Gown in black sequin. Was a knockout for my black tie event. Loved it!

I’ve been using GlamCorner for about a month now and am impressed with how quickly I receive my new items, and the range of clothes available. The value is amazing - especially for someone like me who needs new outfits for several work events every month!

Best hiring service. I've been using Glamcorner for over 2 years and it's such an easy and reliable service.
The dresses are great quality and you will always be looking different on the special occasions.
If you're not sure of the sizing then the measurements are always helpful or picking a second outfit which is extra $15 added.

Great experience using glam corner. I attended a wedding and wanted to wear something different but not have something that would waste away in my closet. Glam corner allowed for me to get a dress I felt great in along with a backup dress in case it didn't fit. I wore the Talulah Cloud Nine dress.
The process with glam corner was great and easy, returning the dresses was made simple with being provided with a paid return satchel. Plan on using glam corner again in the future.

I have been using Glamcorner for a few years now and only recently started with the membership as I’m between sizes. Being more sustainable is a key focus for me and the membership is a great opportunity not to join in the fast fashion but still enjoy designer brands and regular new outfits!

Amazing dresses! I have used glam corner a number of times and will continue to do so for future events. I recently rented a dress the Argento dress from Love Honor for a friends wedding and it was wonderful.

The customer service team are efficient and have the best stylists to help aid what to wear for every event!
Plus it helps the environment to rent these dresses/ outfits rather than buying new ones that you won’t wear again!

Glam Corner provide a fantastic stylist service where you can easily hire designer clothes online. Think of it like a circular wardrobe where you mix and match outfits without buying something you’ll never wearing again. It’s a win for the environment and a win for your wallet.

They continually win customer service awards and it’s no surprise. Highly recommend for when your social calendar is packed with weddings and other events.
