We have recently moved to Melbourne, we have been coming to this amazing to see.
Dr Nick and Dr David they are the most amazing doctors in Melbourne. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Best superclinc in Victoria.

This place has gone downhill in recent months, no female doctors left all the thorough decent doctors are gone, very disappointing looking for another clinic in the area

I have been coming to this doctor for years for minor treatments of cold symptoms and ailments alike. Recently I have had they single worst experience both for my mental health and financially with your clinic. Doctor Brock himself is a great doctor but the policies of your clinic have made my life terrible as of recent. I’ve had a torn ligament in my arm/wrist that is a full thickness rupture and have similar damage to my ankle at the moment. Being bounced back and forth from place to place and having to wait up to 5-6 days to get seen by a doctor just to receive information that could be sent to me via email or with a phone call as requested by me has took its toll on me at $60-70 per visit and not getting the proper treatment I need. Not to mention getting seen for an ultra sound and x ray that didn’t show any evidence of injury. After seeing the doctors about my ankle originally I was told the severity of my ankle was less than what had been actually occurred and that it would clear up. I walked on that ankle for the next week as it was instructed it wouldn’t be that bad. By the end of the week my foot had went black and I went to seek alternative help from a physio who immediately put me in a moon boot due to the severity of the injury according to the ultrasound. Since then from proper treatment from my physio my ankle has began to heal better. But I’m still in a moon boot and unable to get back to normal life. Considering nothing has shown up on my wrist from the ultrasound or x ray I was told that the pain would go away pretty quickly and an MRI was optional if I felt the need to go and seek a further look into this. I’m glad I followed my gut and went and got it done as it has show a full thickness rupture which I now need to see a specialist for at $281 for my 45min visit. The specialist has requested I get a referral for a surgeon through doctor Brock but honestly this is causing me quite severe anxiety due to the financial burden of having to go to multiple different practitioners and not being able to get seen sooner. This has been going on for 8 weeks now where I have only just got the answers for my injury and honestly I’m not the type of person to feel this type of frustration or anxiety but the practices and policies of your clinic have caused me significant financial, physical and emotional stress on me as of recent and once I have the refferel to a surgeon I will never be coming back to this clinic again.

Visited this clinic and wasted my time. Was in and out in 30 seconds. Find somewhere else.

DR. Nick Brock has been & will always be my GO TOO. He saved my life & that'll be a 1000 star rating from me. As a whole a 100 star rating for the staff & doctor's ️

Doctor Brock always professional, caring and very thorough. Has a great sense of humor. Loves a sing and a dance.

Gladstone Park Super Clinic is my main doctor service. Understanding, friendly doctors. I have a complex health problem and with Dr Brock support, thoroughness and understanding he makes life easier.

Moved here 6 years ago and of all the clinics I have attended in the area Gladstone Park Superclinic has stood out as the best. I have been extremely happy with the amazing service I have received.
All the doctors, nurses and receptionists are warm and welcoming.
A special mention goes out to Dr Nicholas Brock. He is by far the most empathetic, authentic, well knowledged doctor I have ever met. Definitely one of a kind!
He explains everything in a way that can be fully understood, makes you feel heard and brings laughter into every appointment, which i believe is essential in creating a happy, comfortable positive experience everytime.

Dr Brock is a one of a kind doctor that you have the pleasure of having as your doctor. He prescribes the best medicine there is.laughter. Plus he also know his profession. His manner is truly beautiful and caring. He always has a joke to share, a funny tale to tell or a quick little story that will put a smile on your face. 11 out of 10 for this amazing doctor. We have been going to the superclinic in gladstone park for 10 years. Never had a bad experience in all these years. The staff are exceptional. Lisa the manager always smiling and always going out of her way helping people.
Dr Brock is just the BEST doctor we have ever known. He is very caring, kind, funny, and always takes time to listen to listen to what you have to say, very heart felt. He is a extraordinary and a gem to the superclinic. We need more doctors like him in the world. Congratulations Superclinic on the great work and

Since moving up north I had to change doctors, and I am so glad I was recommended Dr Brock. He is caring, thorough, transperant, and takes the time to explain things to me. The nursing team is also great! This is one of the best run clinics I've attended.

Good clinic, but loses a little gloss due to needing to book approximately a week in advance typically (I think Gladstone Park has too many Boomer Hypochondriacs), plus appointments can run late.
. Apart from that, can't recommend highly enough.

Dee is the rudest receptionist I've ever met and thats everytime I go there. I'm taking my medical records elsewhere after 10 years. Very unprofessional.

Even though this clinic makes you wait over 40 minutes for booked “ appointments” they would not take me today because I was 10 minutes late! On top of that the short hair staff at the front desk is rude! I came in for bloods and she made me wait an hour and a half before telling me that everyone had gone home and to come back another day and would not take any fault for not knowing this information after I repeatedly asked her when they would be ready… her reply “ not long about 10 minutes”

Couldn't sleep all night due to an extensive ear pain, red fluid discharge and loss of balance, this was the first place to open, came in to see what going on with my ear, I was told that they were fully booked and no one was available to see me, like I get it you have a system, but this is an emergency and only took me 5 minutes with the doctor at the other medical centre, this was quite disappointing

Unfortunately, patient care is very poor at receiving admissions, and answering is very poor, and telephone answering staff are strangely able to repeat only a few sentences that have already been taught to them. They have no cooperation to help the patient.

Dr Dilpreet, you are beloved and a blessing to my family. Thank for getting to the bottom of all my worries and pain. I am sure NO ONE would have thought out of the box to help me from my suffering. Thank you and God Bless you and your miracle hands! You are a Genius!

I waited an hour for my appointment that ran for 15 minutes. Dr B was behind, it happens so I understand that.

It was the first & last time I’ll come to this clinic. He seemed more interested in my personal life than my actual reason of coming to see a doctor which made me feel uncomfortable & unsatisfied to the point that I was actually questioning his qualifications.

I was feeling extremely unwell & he didn’t even give me a possible diagnosis, I had to ask him to check my lymph nodes etc. No BP was taken. As an RN & just a person in general.this was disappointing that he gave very minimal medical attention & failed to check all of my vitals. I requested a blood test & he advised me to get it after I recovered… that completely invalidates the reason for my blood test.
I came here to see someone & hopefully they can help me recover, not to be asked how my job is going & why I love my husband. Ridiculously unprofessional & again, uncomfortable & creepy. I should’ve walked out as soon as he started saying that.

All in all, the ladies at the front were lovely.
