Gladstone Park Medical Clinic

My mum has been coming to this clinic for many years. She liked it mainly because they have doctors that speak her language. She has moved house but still wanted to go there despite the distance. A few days ago she needed to see her usual Dr, however, he was on leave therefore had a phone appointment just to prescribe her usual medicine. At the end she was asked to pay $70.00 for a 5 minute phone consultation. Left shocked at this. The receptionists should have at least make clear that there would be a fee if your usual Dr is on leave. This morning she needed to go for a follow-up. Hence went elsewhere. She was surprised that didn't have to pay anything (bulk billed) regardless she'd never been there before. Not happy at all.

Stay far away from Dr Russo if you want decent healthcare. He is without a doubt the worst GP I have ever seen. My anxiety actually went away when I stopped seeing him and stopped going to this awful clinic. They book an appointment then make you wait minimum 1.5 hours to see the GP. This so called medical clinic has become a typical corporate greed clinic charging hundreds of dollars to send me or others my medical history. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place!

Today was my first time to attend this clinic & prior to coming, the receptionist Sandra had OUTSTANDING customer care & service, so it was already a 5 star for me.
Upon attending, staff were all lovely, very prompt & Dr Maria Annele Raty was the BEST for removal of IUDs. She does insertions too & I would highly recommend her! Made it so much more pleasant than specialists & I cannot thank her enough for the best experience I had today with her! Highly recommend this clinic & especially Dr Maria Raty thank you so much ladies!

Having to pay $80 for a 5 minute consultation that is never on time and then having to pay an extra $80 JUST to have a 2 minute call and get your results! Unbelievable!

I don't quite understand the negative reviews, half of my appointments are bulk billed (free). In general you also get what you pay for. The longest I've ever had to wait has only been 40 mins but I'll take that for quality service.

Dr Sara has been very helpful to me, she's always switched on and genuinely cares about you.

Receptionists are very judgemental, an old man was coughing his lungs out but they approached this asian lady and asked if she's here for covid.

Doctors were running late and charged 80$.

Always doctors running late at least 30mins, and they asking for money and each time they have a different prices…

I have been coming here for over 20years. Even though I don’t live in the area, I still travel to see my regular doctor.

Call reception and they will tell you the cost is $80.00 for a basic appointment to see any doctor. The paragraph below is copied from their web site. So even the reception staff have no idea what they are talking about.
"Our Clinic is a private billing clinic with Doctors Private Billing all patients, except for concession card holders and children, who will be charged at a reduced rate"

Save yourself the frustration. They have no concept of appointment times expect you to wait 21/2 hours+ past your appointment time and just keep waiting. Treating patients this way is disgraceful and disrespectful you should be ashamed.

This medical Centre has turned into debt collectors. The reception staff are asking people for money. Wouldn’t it be best to send people letters they are threatening people I find this really embarrassing I witness something today that I thought I would never see in that medical Centre there’s only a few good doctors there left now.really disappointed.

Dr DelVari was brilliant with both myself and my young daughter. He was on time, which was great also. Very easy to get parking even though on a main rd.

Dr John Russo is a well respected medical practitioner in our community. He has been my personal GP for many years and he still continues to serve, respect and surprise me with some of his new and up-to-date ideas along with the latest treatments if required. He is open minded and keeps himself up to date with the latest trends in medicine, which I believe all the doctors at this clinic continue to do.

My visit to Gladstone Park Medical Clinic was the best medical experience I had in Australia so far. Doctor Human Delawari showed strong interest and the kiwi nurse who took care of my wounds did a great job as well! Would definitely come back if I were living in Melbourne. Thanks!

Dr Sara Eshraghi, is the best doctor I've been to. Caring, compassionate and takes her time to really understand her patients. I don't feel pressured to leave the room.

Very good clinic. Staff at reception are really nice and helpful. Dr Tehiyat Ejaz she is very nice person she understand and listen every problem of her patient in a very polite manner. She is one of the best doctors there.

After being told to leave because my 2 year old with a severe ear infection had a temperature and I could only have a phone consult we were forced to put unnecessary pressure on our overrun Children’s emergency system. I’m so disappointed that no care or compassion was shown.

My doctor is very thorough with his examination and keeps me up to date with all my health checks and tests. The office staff are very helpful.

I highly recommend Gladstone Park Medical clinic. Staff were very nice and friendly.
Dr. H. Delavari specializes in skin care and cautorised some skin lesions and biopsy of a lump on my nose.
He was lovely and did a great job.

I took my 5 month old to see Dr Ethan for the first time today and I couldnt be happier and more thankful that he listened, wasn't dismissive, extremely lovely and trusting. Great vibes. Also, reception staff were so nice and welcoming. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Waited 1.5 hours for an appointment that was booked for 4: 30pm, then spoke with Doctor Nadia for less than 5 minutes where she simply told me to get a blood test and was changed $65 when signage said it was bulkbilled at the front of the clinic and I was not told otherwise. Would not recommend it to anyone.
