Gladstone Park Hotel Motel reviews
67The food has gone downhill significantly at the pub. Prices aren't cheap but ingredients and servings are.
I have not been to this restaurant for a while, I thought we would give it a go.
When a customer complains that there calamari in their salad is not cooked staff should take this serious. I took a bite of the calamari and noticed it was so slimy and I knew straight away it was not cooked. I tried a second piece and the same.
I advised staff of this which I was not overly fussed as things happen.
What annoyed me the most is the manager telling me that my calamari was cooked when it was not his attitude was not very professional in my eyes. When he came back with my meal he had such a smuck attitude saying that the calamari was cooked in the first place but we cooked it more. I even gave the manager the napkin that I had spat the pieces out in it to prove that it was not cooked.if a customer says that the calamari is not cooked then it is not cooked.
Everytime I come to the Gladstone park hotel, I am greeted with smiles and fantastic bar services from Bridie and Farrah. Cannot recommend a better place for a meal and casual drink
Had dinner here last Friday night, meals and service was great, atmosphere nice played the pokies, went into the bar was good, stayed in the motel room, was good
Went there for dinner. It has far improved on what it was a couple of years ago. The food is much better with generous proportions and price is more reasonable than other places. The cooks prepare great meals now.
Updated but poor service we had a couple of drinks and refused service. The place is a disgrace go else where!
Came here with my sister for dinner just wanted to say wow what a awesome parma food is a1 full of flavour one of the best parmas i ever ate chefs aced it customer service was excellent amazing people well done will be back keep it up
First time back after the strike of lockdowns as I returned home to Perth. Always a great place to unwind, and I always try to visit.love the garden bar
Been a while, still a great place to chill with the big screen and listen to live music
Use to be a really good pub to get a vegetarian eggplant parma from but now unfortunately they have removed that option for another chicken one and leaves 1 main option for a vegetarian meal the risotto.it's such a shame because it used to be so good and different from others but now it's very limited choice unless you get starters
I enjoyed the staff they were polite, friendly, helpful.
The food all came out promptly and everyone's meal was cooked to our liking
Good food in the garden bar, good selection, they have around 10 different parmas to choose from along with other choices, staff are friendly and the service is quick
Beer garden was actually nice little spot for lunch. Spacious area with alot of sun. Lunch was reasonable. Great Northern beer seemed to be a little flat. Would definitely pop back in.
Parmas are great, but the music is a little too loud/ jarring in the bar side (too loud for the crowds vibes) which only means I suggest you use the dinning room
The food was really good and we ended up getting a free coffee because our dessert was late coming out. Thought that was a lovely thing to do.
Definitely don't get uber eats. $40 for this.
But I've been to the Pub and it's great so I won't give a one star.
Good menu and a nice luncheon Outing. My only complaint was a lack of adjacent parking especially for the holder of a disability car sticker.
I'm fairly regularly here on a Friday night with friends. Staff are always friendly and the food is always good. Entertainment can be hit or miss though, girl who usually wears a hat is a hit but recently she's only on every other week and the others are just not as good. Only thing that spoils the pub for me.
It was a busy Friday evening; the staff took a while to serve us, but the waitress was apologetic. The food was lovely and had great prices. Overall a little loud, but expected as it was pretty busy.
Not a great variety of gluten-free. Menu was pretty much a pub set menu.
We had the Pumpkin Risotto and Roast Pork Stir Fry from the beer garden. We arrived tired and hungry in the early afternoon looking for something more than a sandwich, the staff were very friendly and directed us to a part of the pub where we could get a meal service. The people working were really nice and down to earth. The food was absolutely delicious, seasoned beautifully, great size portions.
In the bistro good food, friendly service and a nice environment. Check out the beer garden it's hidden away at the back!
