Our son loves going to the centre. All of the staff are welcoming and keep us updated regularly. Couldn't be happier with the service

It doesn't get any better than this. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received here over the past 4+ years. The educators are amazing, they feel like family, a truly special group of people. We are very lucky to have found Gladstone Park ELC.

I highly recommend Gladstone Parade ELC. The educators are all very welcoming, kind and take genuine interest and efforts to connect with the children. There is focus in creating environments that are safe, stimulating and fun for the children and activities that encourage learning and self-confidence. I have had my kids attending the centre for 3 years now and have continued to be impressed with their service, responsiveness and flexibility.

Discrimination based screening process. Did a tour, asked some questions about feeding and sleeping, then never offered a place despite being second on the waiting list for more than a year, others from my mother's group getting in first (not even on waiting list) and following up to no avail.

My 4-year old kid was there for around a year and till 2 months back. We moved to a different suburb and then we had to end this awesome journey.
Undoubtedly, we miss the warmth, activities, engagements and experience that we had in Gladstone and none of the other places were able to match our expectations (in other 2 day-cares that we tried after).
The staffs in Gladstone were so friendly, available when we needed and responsive to requests.
Undoubtedly these were reasons that the parents were not only from local neighbourhood of Glenroy but even from distant areas. Overall its great place to get the kids and we will highly recommend it to everyone.

I would not recommend this childcare!
I’ve heard that one of the educators when she used to get angry she used to pinch the kids!
Dirty! Please don’t send your kids there

DISGUSTING! This childcare discriminated me and my son over Someone else act.
The manager which everyone knows who asked me to look for another childcare for my son. In fact one of their educators have spoken about them to me and how one of them I will not mention her name pinches the kids. Do not take your child there. I’m glad I took my son out as it’s not safe to leave them their. Take your child to a care where the educators are more mature

I was really excited to visit this DayCare Centre and have a tour of the facilities, as the website and reviews were promising - including mychild.gov.au showed the centre meets the National Standards. However upon arrival I was not asked to sign in, nor asked to sanitise my hands as per the large notice on the front door due to the fact there is a child in their care with severe allergies and results in anaphylaxis.
There two basic procedures where not adhered to by staff, and makes me extremely hesitant to put my child in their care.
National Standard paperwork can all be ticked off and cleared, however when it comes to "down on the ground practice" it seems to be another Standard.

My daughter has been at this childcare for 7 months now and I couldn’t be happier with it. The Director and staff are fantastic. The educators in my daughter’s room Pre Toddler, are brilliant. The centre has a real family and community feel and they do lots of wonderful events involving the parents throughout the year. My daughter has learnt so much since starting here and she only attends twice a week. I would highly recommend this centre

I had my son in this kinder about 7 years ago and was excellent, now have my 2.8 month old there and it's even better. The staff there are amazing with my son. They are gentle, caring and listen to both parents and child. Thank you for looking after my beautiful boy. It's hard to find somewhere you can trust to have your child in care all day. Highly recommend this place!
