Great location right on the doorstep of buzzing Sydney Rd. Plenty of PT options nearby and only a 10-15 minute bike ride to Unimelb. Daniel, the host/landlord, is very kind and understanding, which added much to the experience of living there!

It is a very good environment in which to interact with a diverse group of residents. Everyone is sociable, helpful, and respectful for each other. The location is impeccably convenient, with the tram stop just a minute's walk away, the train station just a three-minute walk away and the main supermarket just a four-minute walk away. What's more, the charm of Brunswick which describes as bohemian culture and strong arts and live music scenes are something you should experience!

Great location and great people. Everyone was super friendly, I felt very safe and secure. Public transport is only a couple metres from the door and you can catch a 10min tram to the CBD. Lovely balcony to sit and read or catch the sunrise. Comfortable common areas and kitchen spaces to use. I enjoyed living here.

I lived here for almost four years, and it was a great experience. Was a great place that welcomed such a diverse crowd and we had a lot of fun living together.

The rent is ridiculously cheap for the location and it is a homely place to stay at. You have all the facilities, shops, restaurants and public transports that you need within walking distance, all tenants are amicable and respectful, truly the best renting experience I’ve had not to mention it’s 15min on tram to the city.

Great location getting to cvd by tram takes about 15min.

An incredible location for the price you pay, you are 15 minutes from the city, 5 minutes from an awesome organic grocer, minutes walk from a number of awesome gyms.

No faceless companies that never respond to your emails, you'll know the property manager by name and he is an awesome guy.

People are friendly, never had any issues with anybody who's lived here. Made some close friends.

Daniel is extremely kind and makes sure that you are as comfortable as possible in your own room. Located close to literally everything, its a great place to live!

Great location, affordable price with a very supportive and attentive house manager, Daniel. He is very friendly, kind person who always make sure resident there are happy and feel safe, and very approachable to ask any questions or concerns if we may have. The manager immediately inform us if there is any issues or anything occurred and fix the problems so quickly so that we always feel so secured and comfortable. There is professional cleaners coming to clean all the community areas every week! Best share accommodation ever:)!

I lived here for 5 years and had the most amazing time. Daniel the resident manager is so professional and lovely, always attentive and really cares about everyone in the building and ensures everyone feels safe at all times. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, I moved out with my partner but was sad to leave such a lovely community of people

Combination of excellent location within Brunswick (right on Sydney Road!) and the large welcoming sharehouse atmosphere make this a great place to meet people. Amenities are kept clean and tidy and the genuine hospitality of the landlord is very refreshing. Definitely a recommendable place to stay in Brunswick

Great location, felt safe in this area and in the house as well. Caring landlord who always was just a phonecall away. Even if its many residents in this house, it doesn’t feel over crowded. I had wooden floor in my room, though that’s not the case in all rooms but that made a difference for me. The toilets aren’t perfect but you can’t have it all with everything. If you want to hang out with people, you’ll find great people here, if you are more of a loner, you have privacy.

Excellent location in the heart of Brunswick, Good rooms and facilities at affordable prices, a friendly and caring Landlord, as well as some amazing people! I really enjoyed my stay at this shared accommodation!
