G.J. Gardner Homes - Melbourne Inner East

We dealt with the GJ Gardner Inner East office at the start of the year when considering our options for our next home.
We were put in contact with Nick from the Sales team, who was knowledgeable, insightful and almost always available to answer any queries we had.
He referred us to some 3rd party companies in order to determine the feasibility of our project, and took time to explain in detail the contents of the reports obtained.
Although, unfortunately, our dreams did not come to fruition due to the financial stresses caused by the pandemic, I would happily recommend GJ Gardner to anyone wanting to build their next home.
The flexibility they provide is almost unmatched among the other volume builders, and the team members that we dealt with were always professional and courteous.
I will not hesitate to reach out to them if/when we are ready to build.

Building with Andrew & his team has been brilliant, we were worried building through the thick of covid but andrew powered on through and made the process seemless. Couldn’t be happier with our new home.

This is the 2nd time my wife & I have built with GJ Gardner Melbourne Inner east we have had the perfect build & the finished product that Andrew & his team have done is over & beyond, It all starts from the design team to the site supervisors that finish off the hose to a very high standard & are a great team to work with,

I really enjoyed working with G. J. Gardner Melbourne Inner East on a recent project which we have received a planning permit for from the City of Knox. We were able to get the permit within the 60 day period which is basically unheard of when dealing with Council's. The reason we received this was effective communication and a responsive design.
