We used GJ Gardner Essendon for a knockdown/rebuild in Melbourne's West. The whole team was very professional from start to finish, from design through to handover. We started with a GJ Gardner floor plan but were able to customise it to suit our needs, the team were flexible during the design process. We then watched the build go up and got to handover two months ahead of the contracted date. We are extremely happy with the build quality and attention to detail. Mark and the team very quickly earned our trust and we would highly recommend them to anyone embarking on a build project. Only a fantastic team can finish a project ahead of schedule, to a high quality, and on budget!

Sacha and Elli are an absolutely pleasure to work with, they consistently bring such a high-level of professionalism, to all of their projects. Their attention to detail and the meticulousness care offered to ensuring their clients are satisfied right throughout the process, is commendable. Right from the start of the process at design stage through to when the building permits are issued, they make for a very smooth transition.

Sacha is the office manager along with Elli who are both very professional, prompt at responding to emails and calls. They have been very pleasant and transparent throughout this process. Lachlan and Harry were my site supervisors and were excellent, delivering a very high quality home. I engaged an independent building inspection prior to handover, and the inspector also commented on the general excellent quality of the build at handover. I was kept informed via weekly emails of the progress and felt in the loop at every stage.

Mark and Karyn are the owners of the franchise and bring a wealth of experience, good humour and professionalism. Mark’s industry knowledge and experience was invaluable as he helped me sort out a lot of unforeseen problems I had with the site prior to the build commencement.

At a time when the building industry is taking a beating, I have been pleasantly surprised with the effortless journey I have had from start to finish with Mark and his team. Of course there were lots of minor issues along the way, but I was made aware in real time by Harry and Lachlan and offered solutions and they troubleshot issues very well. And apart from variations which I authorised, I paid what I signed up for in Dec 2021.

This is a quality builder and I would highly recommend them!
