Giuseppe's Pizza Mornington

Gave us wrong pizzas and in addition we ordered gluten free base but definitely was not gluten free - oh well plenty of pizza places around mornington

We waited one hour & twenty minutes for two pizzas to be delivered. Both of them weren't what we'd ordered on the phone.

Really poor service. Rude delivery driver. Unnecessary attitude. Called the manager regarding this who was also rude. The pizza is average at best, there are much better people in mornington to give your money to.

* Not that I'm really bothered, and the only reason I'm responding is because my name is attached to this review, but the below response from the manager is a considerable distance from the truth. I was witness to the entire exchange and the way it is described below is laughable.

I ordered a Margarita pizza this afternoon and the guy that took my order was really nice. The pizza was great and really hit the spot, as I was craving for a cheesy pizza. Will def come back and try the other pizzas they have. Thank you.

Delivery came late tonight and had a couple more mishaps in our order. Was a busy night for pizzas tonight apparently…… But still these issues were rectified promptly with a quick response and credit for next time.
It hasn’t been easy for small business of late.
So thank you from a very satisfied customer!

The pizza was average, a bit soft and had so much topping it was impossible to enjoy. Their pasta was overcooked and the sauce was no better than a tinned. We wont be back sadly.

The gourmet pizza here is to die for. The pulled pork pizza may very well be the best pizza I've ever tasted. Delicious. -1 star only because they were out of pulled pork on the night I'd ordered and didn't let me know til I arrived.
EDIT: Giuseppe's bribed me with a free pizza! How could I not make it 5 stars now?

Strike another place off the list. Soft, doughy pizza completely lacking in flavour. Wish I could say it was a one off but it seems to be the norm.

We ordered 3 pizzas and every single slice was soggy and the topping all fell off I recommend no one here waste of money

They forgot about my order, delivery took over 3 hours (it came after closing time). I was extremely patient with them. Upon arrival, I was told the next order was on the house. Called to take them up on their offer, and they suddenly didn't know what I was talking about. Get your compensation offer in writing, not happy.

Have ordered from them a couple of times and the pizzas have been amazing and the desserts up until now have been great as well.this time I ordered a BBQ bacon chicken Schnitzel and a dessert burger which says it has Chocolate sauce and Ice cream which mine did definitely not have which made it very dry. The schnitzel was well worth the wait though.

Ordered the large carne chips and avocado salad. The salad was alright but the chips were disappointing and cold. Not very happy!

Very disappointing! Both pasta dishes were over cooked, one of the sauces had old chicken in it so was unbeatable. Their was nothing good about the pizza at all and to top it off they forgot my $9 drink and now are closed. Tried this pizza shop years ago and it’s still putrid! Would definitely not recommend. Worst pizza shop in Mornington.
If i was able to give a minus star, I would.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

The pollo avocado was missing the avocado, the main ingredient that’s literally in the pizza name for gods sake.

The rest was soggy and bland or covered in garlic, just depressing.
Perhaps a bad night, but won’t return.

What a disappointing dinner.
The original owners before Giuseppe's took over always made great pizzas and adequate topping. Thought I'd give them another try tonight after busy day. Still overcharged for small pizza, over $15. Stingey toppings, and customer service is average. Should have stopped at Grumpys on my way home

After my order larst night, l called and spoke with a so called manager named Linda, this was the second time my order came with human hair, the first time l was very happy with another manages response and as a loyal customer for over a year kept buying from you, however Linder was so extremely rude to me as l had paid with as always a five dollar gratuity for the driver l have called my bank and it is under investigation for my payment to be stopped, l am an honest man and it is against my nature to do such a thing but l ordered for my elderly neibour and had to inform her l could not buy her dinner as l had to put it all in the bin due to human hair in the pasta so lm very sorry but in these times and always l will not be spoken to in such a rude manner with telling me bad luck, sorry you have such a disrepecful lady manager on your staff as l have always rated you highly,

Food is good, customer service is average. They advertise a discount on downloading their new app then don’t honor it. Pretty sure it doesn’t comply with ACCC guidelines

Just moved to Mornington from Bentleigh, great to see fresh chilli's everywere else they use flakes, really nice pizza's, and fhers none left yum.

Good pizzas.stuffed crust were bloody brilliant.only let down is that the base was so thin everything else fell apart.

Edit - bring back the medium pizzas! This is very disappointing
