You won't get better than Kameal and the team. I've been going to Kameal for 15+ years, probably 20 yrs. It is easy to get frustrated with computer repairs and service but Kameal has always proven himself to be honest, fair and a provider of friendly, competent service.

Although my problem was not solved, Kameal worked on it for a few weeks and did not charge me for it. I was kept informed and everyone was polite. Would definitely recommend!

My old laptop was not working, so Kameal helped me set up a new one with all my old photos and data all transfered across.

I went into this shop last week to ask if someone could look at my printer. The person in the shop (owner perhaps?) ignored me while I was standing inside the tiniest taped off area, I didn't notice he was on the phone, he was a bit rude for me asking to get help and raised his voice to tell me I was on the phone.
He said we don't look at printers, and as I left he sprayed Glen 20 around me, this got in my face and was very confronting. There are no cases of Covid in our region, and there is certainly nothing to suggest customers should be sprayed with an aerosol.
I went down the road to the next computer store and found some very friendly help instead.

PS: In response to the owner: I am a real person, and not a LIAR. Your reaction speaks for itself.

The owner illegally took the temperature (even after I refused) Really disappointing experience

My experience with the Owner of the shop was absolutely horrendous. He sold me a 'my viewer' software which allows them to look at what one may have inside one's computer. Invasive to say the least. When asked that it be removed a virtual 'melt down' occurred by the Owner. The after sales service is their excuse for their need to look at the inside of your computer from afar! This should ring alarm bells. Somewhat curious. If you have the need for privacy on your computer this device would allow them access without your knowledge. Suspicious! A Russian Spy Ware is used to detect bugs. Come to your own conclusions. I would not give them one star. Zero would be the correct indication of performance.

After dealing with poor IT service, it is a breath of fresh air to talk to people in the know, that dont make you feel stupid for not knowing the ins and outs of computers.

I bought a PC from Kameal about 100 years ago or so it seems. Its still going and I am only thinking about change now because it is an XP machine. He told me at the time that it will go forever.
