Gisborne Olde Time Market reviews
45Great market. Everyone loves Mamaji's award winning curries. Lots goid stuff there. Thanks
If you were expecting anything slightly old or antique based off of the name you will be sorely mistaken
One of the few larger markets still around. Good variety. Lots of homexmafe items. Nice opportunity to also visit and support Gisborne. Is on 1st Sunday each month from 9am to 2pm.
Signs every where no dogs.
Plenty of dogs on leads.
Why no dogs. Come on gisborne market.make it friendly for all people and pets
Bit too crowded to look at the stalls easily. Not really many old time stalls either. Had a delicious mushroom paella though! I'd give that 5 stars.
What a waste of time it was today. This was good once. Hardly any food vans. No variety. Very disappointing!
Love this market - a great variety of unique stalls both inside and out - and the food on offer is beautiful
Very disappointed where are all the stalls.
It's nothing like it used to be prior to covid.
They are now open! Best monthly market to go to.great selection of salty or sweet savoury foods and getting good quality honey in bulks, arts and crafts, plants. The market seems to get bigger with more vendors. It's always enjoyable going there with the family and getting hot food / drinks on offer.
Good to see this market back up and running again. Still only half the size it used to be but still worth a visit.
Good to see it getting back on its feet again. Stall numbers are down but hopefully will build. Lovely country town atmosphere and great places to eat afterwards
Just to let everyone know, we are back, on the first Sunday of every month, from 6 Feb. Come and share with us, all Covid protocols in place.
Market was not on, but still shown on the market website as on, not happy after a 1 hour drive to get to Gisbourne
Not sure why the market wasn't open today but had a wander around and found this fascinating gaol!
Awesome. Excellent produce available always fresh veggies, cakes and baked goods, preserves. Really great farmers market. Great day.
Where do I start? I cam here om the second of jury in de year 1435.this place wont found, but im a time trvaeler.unfortunately there was a spyder onnmy face and injured it severely. Maud O'Shane i believe his nAme wos, threw a gas box at me which killed the spider AND me! Thankfulyy im a time travler and time ttaveld 1 hour before and nofing happend.
Nice market but why do the stall holders have such expensive goods. Many things highly overpriced. Not a fan
Oooh I love this place! Great market!
Spewing I can't take my dog anymore.
I love to stock up of dog treats and olive oil.
One of the best Markets I have been too, many stall holders catering to peoples likes, you can spend a few hours wandering around.it does get crowded due to it's popularity. It's on every first Sunday of the month I highly recommend a visit.
