Specifically asked if flowers could be delivered Saturday morning before 10: 00am.
Arrived in Gisborne to find no flowers and the shop closed on Saturday's. Left a message saying I was not happy and would be contacting them on Monday and would expect a refund.
Flowers arrived at 1: 45pm obviously after the message was picked up
Would never recommend and seriously not happy.
