6415 minutes waiting at the counter in an empty store only to not be acknowledged. Disappointing service, I’d give more stars but nobody took my order. Probably won’t be back.

$12 for a smoothie that tastes only like spinach is a rip off. Also waited over 20 minutes for our two drinks.
We were at this establishment on Sunday at 330pm. Whilst we love the vegan ice creams at this joint, we were a little saddened at the service. We were seated at cushions in the veggie bar takeaway section as a family and we were asked to leave for the benches outside (in the blistering hot sun) without an explanation why. It would be good for the venue to have clearly labeled signs and also educate staff to explain to patrons that indoor seating is not permitted (if that’s indeed the case).
Apart from that, the ice creams were brilliant.
Great sundae however, service was quite slow and it felt like the young girl serving was casually taking her time. There's no way to tell everything is vegan.
Amazing vegan ice cream. Plenty of options and PLUS you can get your ice cream dipped in chocolate. Also de guy serving us was pretty nice and patience.
Best gelato in Melbourne! You won't even notice it's vegan. Try the double choc thickshake.you won't regret it!
Rude staff who discriminate against people who have a medical exemption for not being able to wear a mask. Will never return and neither will my family and friends.

Purchased the Raspberry, Yuzu and Lemon Sponge cake for my dad’s birthday. Everybody scoffed it! Deserves an 11/10 it was that tasty. Will be back for the next birthday!
My favorite smoothie place in that side of town. The food is all vegan and very tasty too.

Chocolate ganache cake is amazing, and the gelato is delicious (and dairy free!) Dangerously good!
Ice cream sandwiches are big and too delicious! Pretty good for a vegan dessert place.
(Ofcourse it can never replace real ice cream and cookies- just saying!)
Had two VERY GOOD DONUTS from here. PB&J and caramel popcorn. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Amazing vegan ice cream! Tastes exactly like normal ice cream. The passion fruit is my favourite flavour! I get the choc sundae every time I go it's unbelievable!
Nice spot for vegan treats. 3 stars because the staff are quite rude here, especially to those suffering from conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask. I've had eye rolls and one of your staff even scoffed at me despite being legally exempt which dampens the mood and makes me want to spend my money elsewhere. Smoothies could also be a little thicker but other than that, generally good. Please train staff to be more open minded of diversity.
