5Cannot believe how fast from phoning for advice to having it delivered on my doorstep. 2 hours with a 40min drive in there, oh and cut to size. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Friendly service was the icing on the cake. Thanks guys.
Ordered thousand of dollars of pine and left specific instructions as to where it was to be delivered and they just dumped it on the side of the road and refused to do the right thing and move it. Manager is rude and arrogant and threatening avoid this company.
Very happy with the personal service I got, much better than going to Bunnings and having to attempt to get help.
Probably a good idea to invest in a crane truck instead of rolling it off the trailer and damaging the timber. Surely such a big company can afford it.
Terrible service, i spent over $2000 dollars and they were unable to follow the one simple delivery instruction provided. Resulting in hours of additional labour.
I was going to give a one star review but I thought two was deserving because they at least managed to find the right address.
I have a number of other significant projects to complete and will be going elsewhere for my timber.
