I really like this place.
I love to use my smoker and BBQ alot, so like heading here to find some quality meats that I have found to be better than other locations I use to go.
The staff are very approachable ans willing to give advice on cuts and methods of cooking.
This brisket was amazing I decided to make it into a pulled beef.

I buy most of my meat from here every week, great quality. Can be a little pricey but well worth it. Their BBQ pack options are perfect and make the stress of buying enough meat no worries.
Staff are friendly and happy, when I am there with a trolley most of the time will come hold the door for me. When my kids are there they always say hi and offer them a lollipop.

Amazing quality of meat, very knowledgeable staff with exceptional service. Don’t let bad reviews turn you away as it’s un-educated idiots not knowing how to cook their meat properly and not asking the staff for the appropriate meat for their style of cooking. Learnt so much yesterday at my store visit and the dinner came out mind-blowing. Definitely have a customer for life and will recommend to family and friends!

Regular customers here but I think I may have just been overcharged for chicken breast. Just went in as store was closing so unable to head back now. $15.99 for chicken breast. Got home and weighed the chicken. I bought 2.65 kilos. That x $15.99 = $42.37 whereas I paid $53 odd. Will be bringing back chicken tomorrow for confirmation of weight and price.

Update: really impressed with the service. Explained the above discrepancy to Hank and he was kind and resolved the issue very quickly by refunding me what I overpaid. Thanks Hank:)

First time I bought it wasn't good and decided I'll try it again. Bought around $50 worth of meat and it was really bad. Ribs was extremely chewy, the "boerewors" tastes completely grows. The tjops so fatty and bad quality. Will not buy here again and can't believe I wasted $50

Moved to Berwick recently and was looking for a good butcher. These guys are friendly and have a good variety of meat and bbq stuff. They also listen to how i want the meat to be cut and do it that way. The prices are slightly high but probably that is to do with being in Berwick.

Just got home with Christmas eye fillet.quality is rough and paid $50 per kg.
Won't be back

Great butchers, all staff is super friendly! You can even message them on Facebook and they will have stuff cut and ready for you when you arrive

If there were more stars, we would give it. What an amazing butcher with high quality meat. Midge takes care in prepairing the meat and is passionate to help us. Keep up the good quality meat and good work guys! You will see us there very often! This is definitely a hidden gem that we have finally found.

Doesnt matter what time of day l come in you are missing meats.
Sorry no beef schnitzel, sorry no ribettes, sorry no lamb chops, sorry no roast lamb, want to support local businesses in our area but how can you when you dont have your shelves stocked.
