Gippsland Immigration HENGE reviews
36Very beautiful park with rich history of migrants from different countries, their dates of arrival and how they’ve contributed to the development of the community. Also on display are early photos of the region, industry and the people that have had great impact on overall development of the community. Good for a walk with the family. If you’re in the area, I encourage you to stop and see for yourself
Great place to walk around, have a picnic, or bbq, they have redfin, trout and good sized yabbies, meet a lot of different cultures of people.
I love it here it's a good place to relax and read stuff about the war and about the towns
It's good to feel the birds and the ducks and chill out good for picnics celebrations and birthdays and gatherings.
Very interesting place to see how immigrants helped form Australia in the early days from coming from different countries. There is a very nice statue that is surrounded by walls with the names of immigrants that came to Australia. There is a playground, bbq area, picnic tables, and shelters all nearby. A nice place to visit.
Interesting read of the history of the area. Educational, nice walk around the lake, free BBQ.
Nice and peaceful area in central Morwell, lots of history on display. Great place for families to enjoy.

Good place for visit / stopover. Great garden with ducks in a lake. Good shade area and main thing is 2 BBQ place. Dog frendliy walk. Leave the children in a play area and also restroom is nice and clean. What else do you need.
Great place to walk the dog. There is a great walking path around the lake disappointed about the amount of rubbish and misplaced shopping trolleys! A quick and regular clean up would quickly improve the experience.
Lovely park in Morwell, great to see the immigration history of the families in the area and see some names we know.
Fantastic park attached to here that’s perfect for children.
Lake with ducks here also, regularly walk down and feed the ducks some corn with the kids.
Amazing feature portraying the migration contribution to Gippsland and the story of the local first people. An excellent production well worth the time to take it all in. Located in an easy access picturesque spot with a central water feature lake.
Fantastic, well maintained bike and walk tracks run the full length of the park, most ending by this beautiful landmark.
