We hired a portable single toilet from Gippsland Hire for a private function and couldn't have been happier with the service Brian provided & the amenities with the toilet. Brian was extremely accomodating and helpful, and the toilet was in perfect working order, well stocked and clean. Very grateful to Gippsland Hire.

The Lions Club of Stratford hired 3 toilets from Gippsland Hire for our walk with Cal for Black Dog fund raiser. We found that Brian was most helpful. Had the toilets on 3 different sites for us on time and they were very clean and well stocked.

We recently hired 3 toilets from Brian for a community event. The process was trouble free. Brian delivered on time as promised. Toilets were clean, well prepared and ready for use. Drop off and delivery hassle free. Brian did not change his price even though he quoted more than 12 months prior to the event and we cancelled twice due to Covid 19. Highly recommend Brian.

Found Brian great to deal with. He helped work out logistics, recommended which toilet to hire and then provided a clean, transportable toilet that was perfect for our event.

I’ve hired a trailered toilet on two occasions now and they’ve been been very easy to deal with. They’re very friendly.

Their online booking/enquiry system is a bit clunky though and sometimes they’re a bit slow on responding to emails.

This company is a disgrace. We were told it would be emptied monthly. Due to Xmas holidays it was 5 weeks until it was emptied, I understood this but then was told it was too full, (never explained how to tell when they are full.)
When I said ok, but there will be 25% more as it was 5 weeks. Brian the director said it was not working for them and will pick the bin up, or I can organise another one. Lazy, money grubbing unprofessionals

Michelle at Gippsland Hire was an absolute lifesaver when she organised a portable hire loo for me at short notice for Christmas. Next, the gentleman who was there when we picked up was lovely, and took his time to explain everything to us. They were completely flexible about the timeframe to return, too.
Then.
Our house burnt down in the bushfires, and not only did they tell us to not worry about the return immediately, but they then contacted us and insisted on refunding the entire cost!
This is no normal "business"!
They are real people, very easy to talk to, super friendly and the toilet was immaculate. It came with full tank, hand cleaner, toilet roll and hand towel. *Also, it was miraculously one of the only things on our property that surivived the fire!: o
