4Getting laser hair removal is easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am forever bikini ready and it takes away the major stress of razor burn. The staff are friendly and professional so you never feel awkward. The building itself is very clean and located near a car park so it’s easy to access. Despite it being quite an investment, in the long run it is definitely worth it and saves you soooo much hassle. I highly recommend this service!
I had such an amazing and comfortable experience at this clinic, with all the reception staff and nurse Anita! They calmed my anxiety, and provided me with all the information I needed for my procedure. Anita was so incredibly gentle, and explained aftercare thoroughly. I couldn't recommend anywhere better to get fillers or cosmetic work. Thank you girls!
I cannot recommend this Clinic enough! I have had a number of treatments here and initially the idea of some of them was a little intimidating, however the friendliness, along with the experience, knowledge and professionalism of the staff, made me comfortable from day one. In addition to this the results I am getting from my treatments have made them worth every cent and have become the reward I give myself as a way to do something for me.
Not the best way to treat a new customer. I was charged a $39 cancellation fee for not providing 24 hrs notice for rescheduling my appointment. (And as a new customer, I was not advised of this policy when making my booking). I provided 22.5 hours notice - and was told 'rules are rules' and I would be charged $39. My appointment could have easily been filled from your cancellation list as my own appointment was made from the cancellation list. I was told 'Now we have a 1 hour gap to fill because you are a new patient and we need to take a comprehensive medical history. " As I also work in the medical industry, I know from experience that it does not take anywhere near 1 hour to take a detailed medical history and examination. I am very disappointed
