Shaun is now our 'go to IT guy' for all of our IT needs! He has assisted with our recent computer issues and has proven he understands the urgencies around technology and business. He is professional and honest. He explains possible reasons for any issues you may be experiencing in a way you can understand which makes things much easier if you are not technologically savvy!
I rarely give 5 star reviews but Shaun is highly communicative, nothing is a problem and his follow up is exceptional. Gippserv provided a great service and great results.
