I can’t thank San and her team enough for the excellent customer service and exquisite work that went into creating a pair of pearl earrings for me as well as converting a diamond bracelet into a pendant. I had envisaged the pendant somewhat differently but San explained why it wouldn’t work as I had imagined it. San however showed me what could be done and the outcome was magnificent! Gillian''s made my engagement ring 14 years ago! I have since had the pleasure of San helping me create two rings out what I already owned. They turned out to be everything I wanted and more. San and her team are miraculous! After my original engagement ring (bought elsewhere) was damaged and unable to be repaired, San designed a new ring with a sapphire and all the details of the original. It’s like having an old friend with a facelift on my finger I’m seriously impressed by how closely they were able to replicate the fine detail and the whole process as been a dream. Thanks San!

San is wonderful, Gillian's jewelers turned my late mother's engagement ring into two seperate rings for myself and my sister for a wedding gift and they went above and beyond my highest expectations. San was updating me along the way of my rings being made from sketches to just a message to let me know the updates. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will not be using any other jewler!
