Experienced lots of issues with a custom case from the GigGear team. Team was quite rude and difficult to contact as we moved towards a resolution.

GigGear is a great company to work with. Their team was supportive through the process and provided high-quality custom products. I am looking forward to deal with them again. I definitely recommend it!

These guys are fantastic! I purchased a computer carry case, they had the best price by far. Fast delivery and all tracking info provided. A genuine Australian seller. This was my first time dealing with GigGear Australia. Absolute pleasure. I highly recommend them.

Gator iMac bag wasn't bad, but the adjustable Velcro inserts are way to flimsy for the price. All that was need was another parallel strip of Valero to be a LOT more firm. That said, if they are custom made for 27" iMacs, then they should be form fitted without the need for anything adjustable anyway.

Fabulous company offering the finest of customers service along with top quality sensational products and ever so speedy delivery service. Certainly got me out of a tight (debacle) situation. Highly recommend.

The guys at GigGear are great to deal with, and their service is extremely good. Their roadcases are the best - even when I have bought used equipment housed in one of their cases, there is never an issue with broken latches, rivets, etc - all very good quality gear that lasts a lifetime. Thanks.

*item one of two delivered without packing, just chucked in too bigger box and thrown in the post
*refund of item not received took one week to receive back

Piece of advice; don’t go silent on your customers after they’ve emailed/called you - call them back with an update every time. No customer wants to have to followup their order.
Package the goods, even if it’s just a lame piece of bubble wrap. At least it looks like you tried.
Refund money promptly (I had to follow up with three phone calls) - customers already unsatisfied with a transaction don’t want to wait a long time for the refund. (It took a week)

Perhaps my experience was just one out of the hat but resolving issues and communicating outcomes quickly will win customers over every time.

Great product and even better with their delivery. Wasn't expecting it to come this quick and the road case is far beyond what I could have ever expected. Will definitely use you guys again!

Earlier this year I went in store to have a look at some of the Pelican cases, as I wasn't completely sure which case would suit my needs. I was assisted by Steve, who patiently showed me the cases I was interested in, getting them from out the back and opening them up so I could have a look. He also explained the difference between the various pelican cases, as well as showing me their different inserts.
I was really impressed with the quality customer service displayed by both Steve and Nick in store. I felt really looked after as a customer, despite (at that stage), not being ready to make a final purchase. I walked out knowing that I'd be returning to order the case when ready.
I'm pleased to say that I've just ordered my pelican case, and via email Steve again was professional and helpful. Highly recommend this business, who certainly put their customers needs first.

Amazing service. I jumped online and used the chat menu which was great, I was provided amazing service by Nick. Ended up ordering a Gator GB-4G Acoustic guitar gig bag, Nick also offered a few other options but recommended the Gator 4G which had to come direct from supplier as this was not a stocked item. A few days later the Gator gig bag turns up on my door step. Great quality gig bag which will protect my guitar nicely. I needed a case to fit an odd shaped guitar I have. Called the shop, Nick walked me through a number of options explaining the benefits of each and tried to work with me on my budget. Case was completed within the advised lead time, fits like a glove!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We asked for Gig Gear to make us a case that would fit the dimensions of the Qantas Carry on luggage. We were advised that the case quoted would fit the dimensions but there may be a weight issue, which was fine. In the mean time it was such a hassle to get replies from them that it got to the point where i had to call to get a simple reply.

So we finally settled the quote and we were told the case will be ready on november 6th. Days went past this due date, no replies to emails, and kept on giving me excuses over the phone as they were "real busy". Finally on the 1st of December the case arrived! Nearly a month a later! (lucky we weren't in a rush). What do you know the case does not fit the Qantas carry on dimensions at all.

As i rang up to complain about the size through back and forth emails and phone calls, they kept trying to put the blame on me for their lack of competency to stay within the carry on dimensions. At this point we have not received a refund and we are stuck with a useless case.

I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a road case made custom for my '62 Vox Amp. Great Service, they made extra checks to make sure of the sizes of my vintage amp. Fantastic case - fit like a glove. Cheers guys
