Their description did not advise that there is a black registration mark all over the roll and I am advised it is normal. I would not have bought the product since it looks faulty.

Their offer if I haven't used it was for me to send it back at my own cost and they will replace with something else is a waste of time. I had already cut into it not realising it was there until I started wrapping.

If you want a faulty looking paper and want to waste some money buy this one at full cost.

A few months ago we ordered 3 rolls of brown paper from this business. We stored it carefully in our office. We didn't need it until recently when we discovered that 2 of the 3 rolls have very damaged cores and cannot be used on our packing equipment. The boxes they arrived in are only a little bumped so the rolls must have been damaged when the manufacturer sent them to Australia.

This business claims we did the damage, though how anyone - even a circus strongman - could crush a 13kg roll of tightly wound paper so that the inner cores would be crushed is not likely and indeed why would we damage the very goods we needed to use that very day?

They have refused us a simple return for refund and want us to "allow up to 5 days to make our assessment and final solution". Hmmm.

Ive ordered from Gift Packaging and Accessories and have experienced excellent customer service. For one order i was informed by the very helpful staff with the issue rectified before recieving the order. Very happy and highly recommend this business!

I have used Gift Packaging & Accessories P/L to produce personalised ribbon for St Vincent's College and HIGHLY recommend using them! The Ribbon is extemely high quality, as is the gold foil print and they are SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than a previous supplier!

Rylee, the sales person I have had the pleasure of working on this order with, offered excellent advice on choosing the right width of ribbon to ensure the crest in our logo would print legibly and has kept me informed of each stage of the process promptly and efficiently. Although I have only purchased ribbon from them, I will definitely look to their website if we need any other packaging and accessories.
