Cheap and quick, they have all kind of keys. I have visited many locksmith before come here and only they were able to help me. Would recommend.

Needed an emergency locksmith after locking myself out of the house.
There within ten minutes and able to open the door very quickly.
Great service.

Would give a zero if I could had a problem with my key fob they supplied me, very rude and dismissive. I explained you had to stand next to the car to open it and the fob would fail to work more than 2 meters away, they said it was the new pipes underground interfering with the signal. Took it somewhere else they scanned it and said it was faulty and fixed it for me in 5 mins. Nobody should waist there time with this locksmith and these two should stick to cutting keys or retire.

Rubbish knowledge and worse service. Key wouldn't unlock from 5m away. Had no idea even though it their own product. Took it to Mr. Minute in broadmeadows and the battery was loose. Fixed in 5min. Stay away

I was greeted with a COVID-19 compliant locksmith who efficiently repaired my lock issue. Passing time, we talked & I was interested in his stories of locksmith work. Very amiable.

Excellent experience, with having a copy made of our house key. Great quality key (solid), added the little rubber top (comfortable and durable), fast (on the spot), inexpensive and very pleasant. Getting your keys cut is not something that I spend a lot of time thinking about. However, this was very different to what I am normally used to (i.e. Cheap coloured keys and no service except a quick 'here you go'). I will be coming here again.

Underpromised and overdelivered. When the first option came out quite expensive, they were able to generate a second that worked much better. Service was professional and made the experience simple and straightforward.

Give it 0 if i could. Staff are arrogant and will treat you like you have no idea. Asked a specific question about a lock fitting 3 times, went to pick it up after ordering it, didnt fit the measurement after clearly explaining and being reassured. Then not so much as an apology, didnt even bother to talk to me.

Good service, give me discounts for key-alike several locks and deadbolts, and manage to create a replacement keys for garage lever-arm locks.
