Terrible attitude, they've moved to Tullamarine, i never had any issues with them when in glenroy.unprofessional and unhelpful and wasted 3 days of my time eventually they failed their excuse is it wasnt their job, never go back again.

Very professional, I had a BA Falcon key coded. The locksmith and his assistant were friendly and informative. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to my mates.

Fast, knowledgeable, skilful, and friendly enough to show me through the issue and how they were solving it. Slightly on the pricier side (about 10% more than other quotes), though considering all other factors, anything lower than 5 stars wouldn't be fair. Very grateful for your work guys and absolutely would recommend.

Honest and friendly service, they spent a fair amount of time repairing a deadlock on the spot. They showed their expertise knowing exactly how to dismantle and reassemble the mechanism. The work was done promptly and quickly the price was extremely modest. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Took two car key fobs that were deprogrammed, one of which hadn’t worked in two and half years. Five minutes later I’m back out the door with two working fobs. Pretty good considering I was told by a mechanic that both fobs were both dead and I’d need new ones which would’ve cost me hundreds.

I have used Gibson many times before and have traditionally been happy with the service. However these seems to be a change in attitude. I needed to get a couple of keys cut, I was specific about what I wanted and clarified several times and was assured it was no problem. Then when I paid and walked I realised it was completely wrong. I went back and questioned it and was told what I wanted couldn't be done and the keys he cut was all I could have, no offer of a refund just deal with it. Kind of pointless paying $14 (over priced) for 2 keys that are not what I needed. Its not the money it's the principle. Product and workmanship is good, attitude needs an adjustment.

Excellent local business with gold old fashioned service with a smile. Went the extra mile by giving me advice first before I put any money down, made me feel valued. Very happy with the work they did and the delivery. Great little shop if your gift shoping as well, great range to chose from.

No locksmith in sight.
Hopeless. I was told to leave the lock with them and they would fix it by tomorrow. Do they not understand.doors cannot be left open. Stupid.
They lost a sale as I figured it out when I had to.

Called Tom afterhours to replace our front door lock after our keys were stolen. He was nothing short of fantastic. Arrived within the hour and had the job done in next to no time. Thanks Tom!
