Absolute life savers! I had a cracked fork on my Giant TCR and the guys here were a massive help, managing to find me a spare fork.definitely will use them again in the future

After I had a big crash Giant Hampton identified significant issues that other shops missed and then repaired my bike so quickly; it was incredibly well priced and the service was amazing. I wish they could fix my bones as well as they fixed my bike. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Went in yesterday with a cooked valve. They jumped on the bike straight away to fix the issue and the checked the wheel over to make sure it was in order. I was blown away by the quality of service. Thank you again.

I recently got a bike fit with Justin. I was so impressed with how thorough the bike fit was and I no longer experience sore shoulders post ride. Vida has such fantastic staff who always remember me and are very helpful. I never feel silly asking questions and I love that staff always greet me as soon as I walk in and offer their assistance. I just purchased a new gravel bike from them and they were so helpful with their advice. Marco is great fixing any little issues I have. The store has a great reputation for how it treats and respects women which is fantastic. It’s clear the staff all love their jobs.

A huge thank you to the Giant Hampton team. I was initially reluctant to spend a lot of money on a light but was guided by Vida and Justin on the benefits and personal experience they both had with this product. After my first ride with the Garmin Varia, I seriously do not know how I could ride without one now. This is a game changer!

Both bikes purchased at different store but booked here for servicing. Friendly team happy to help us and all riders. A different shop gave me wrong advice about shoes but got it fixed easy here now I can get back into biking.

I bought Fathom 29 2 (Large) Mountain Bicycle from Giant Hampton. This is my second bike from them. Really good service from David and the team. They are very helpful and informative. The most important thing is, that they delivered my bike straight to my home on free of charge due to COVID restrictions. Highly recommend this store to anyone who need Giant Products.
