They go above and beyond to help and are always available to answer any questions. They also stock a wide range of products.

Found The bike I'd been searching for through Bike Exchange at Giant Frankston. They had it on sale which was a bonus and everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Fantastic service and definitely recommend them!

We had a flat tyre when riding down Frankston, and lucky enough to receive assistance from Grant and Ross in the store. They are friendly and sounds very professional, will definitely look them up next time when I upgrade my bike ️

Had my name down since October for a bike they were ordering in. They got some in around Christmas however I never got a call so I missed out. I drove down there recently and offered to pay a deposit on the next lot coming in. I was told this wasn't necessary and that my name was down for one however I have missed out again! Very disappointed as now I'm heading away in a few weeks without a bike! Cheers.

Ross provided exceptional customer service and great communication. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, it was an absolute pleasure buying from these guys.

Despite the challenges of the current lockdown, Trent went out of his way to help me today. Just good old-fashioned customer service. Anthony the mechanic has helped me out in the past with some wiring issues on a Di2 setup and he's also a great wheel-builder. Good to see the shop-local vibe is still there even after the Giant re-branding.

These guys are brilliant, I am by no means a cycling expert but having a service completed by these guys has me feeling a lot more confident on my bike, they fixed all the "little" things, the attention to detail was great and even the small finishes are brilliant.thanks

Guys there know their stuff, Ross is great. Brought 2 bikes there recently.but the place holds very little common gear, parts and equipment in stock. I keep having to travel to Mornington to get my parts and gear.

I shopped at Giant Frankston the day before Christmas and I have to say the staff were extremely helpful, especially the owner Ross who was the kind guy who served me. The phone was ringing, the shop was buzzing with customers and I had no idea where to start looking for what I needed (my husband is a bike enthusiast and I'm just a supportive wife with no real clue about it all: -D), however, with all this going on, Ross was friendly, professional, attentive and super calm at what is one of the busiest times of the year! Thanks so much to all for making my shopping experience pleasant and easy. I'm sure we'll be back again and again.

Guys are just brilliant, always a good job do far, with services, general work and just really helpful.

Very disappointed at the service, stood at the counter for about 5mins with two guys behind the counter and it wasn't until I asked for help that they even looked at me! Went to another store and purchased a bike.

HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE TO BUY A GIANT FROM.
I went in looking for a bike for my Austistc son who had a clear vision on what he wanted. The team was so friendly and understanding of his visions, polite and so very helpful.
Not to mention they allowed me to layby a sale item which they dont normally allow.
HIGHLY recommended

Excellent service, the best place to get your bike serviced, I travel 40klm to get my bike serviced here as no one else does as thorough job as Frankston Giant
