The team is so efficient and were so helpful when I needed some last minute flowers! So incredible, would absolutely recommend every time.

Had a wonderful experience ordering flowers from GIA studios. I was worried that the flowers wouldn’t arrive in time for a friend’s graduation and contacted the team at GIA studios for other options. Customer service was extremely efficient and we arranged for pick up instead. Not only did they refund my delivery fee, but I was also late to pick up and they updated me with the whereabouts of the flowers constantly. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh, extremely worth the price. I would 100% shop from them again.

I had a few questions after I placed an order and their customer service was friendly and prompt. I also received notifications when the flowers were out for delivery and delivered which made the experience great as I was sending the flowers as a surprise. Not to mention the bouquet itself was stunning - pictured here is the Surprise Me Pastel Dreams Palette!

I ordered the PEACHES + CREAM - PETITE / WRAPPED bouquet and the 72% raspberry dark choc (very last minute)! Ngoc was very sweet about it and made a beautiful bouquet and was very accomodating. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more for GIA Studio!:)
