Please don’t bother ordering online, their dispatch system is a joke.
After an item was not delivered within the time frame I got in touch to be told the item could only be refunded for a store credit which I don’t want. Since asking for the item to just be delivered they have stopped responding to my emails and my order is in limbo, not being delivered and not being refunded.

Slowest shipping I’ve ever experienced! For an Australian company this is a complete joke. I’ve placed three orders now and every one has been late to dispatch.

It’s all the more irritating because the order confirmation email states “We’re working hard to process your order as fast as we can, so unfortunately it can’t be changed at this time. ”

…and then you don’t hear from them for 10 days! Get it together warehouse management!

Employs racially intolerant people. Encourages racial discrimination in the workplace. Not a family friendly employer

Worst customer service ever from Phoebe at HQ. Have been sent a bunch of faulty items in terrible quality, falling apart, stitching coming loose everywhere when it hasn’t even been worn. Like previous reviews „the quality control team“ that’s probably a bunch of interns or needs a new pair of glasses has not deemed the items faulty. No apologies from the business for sending items that are horrendous quality. Can totally agree with the last reviews here - will never ever buy from them again. Absolute worst experience ever and customer service plays such a big role in running an online biz - save your money, the clothes are literally Shein like quality.

Received faulty items that I had taken extensive photos of to show Ghanda they were faulty. Sent them back and customer service said they were not faulty and would only credit me. One item they said they’d refund but is paid a very small portion of the order via a credit so they decided to refund only the credit portion of the the payment so basically no refund just another credit. Customer service is not helpful at all. Extremely disappointing.

Received faulty clothing with spots and a broken part, sent in pictures and get told that their ''Quality Control Team'' cannot determine any manufacturing fault so they will not refund/give a store credit or even an exchange for the inconvenience especially after spending a ton of money on FAULTY items. In addition, clothes do not resemble the way they look on models at all. Do not buy from here.
